Stayed Sep 21, 2021The property where the condo is located is perfect for walking around Vail Village. The Lodge at Vail is very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Our problem occurred when we were given a different condo than we had booked and were never contacted prior to our arrival. The condo we were checked into was not nearly the quality we were supposed to receive. After the first night, we were moved into a nicer one and the rest of our stay was excellent. The lower rating given was due to the lack of communication prior to arrival and lack of receiving the property we booked. We were told the condo owner had come into town unexpectedly and that was the reason we were given a different property. This should have been resolved prior to our complaint about the inferior condo we received.

Stayed Jul 15, 2021The location of this property just can’t be any better because you can walk anywhere you want in Vail. Cozy accommodations that is great for family. Only complaint was in the kitchen, no spices, not even salt and pepper, no Saran Wrap or foil either.

Stayed Mar 5, 2019Comfortable condo with ideal location in Vail Village. Pool and hot tub set up is great for families at Lodge at Vail. Nice to have service from the Lodge as well. Third bedroom was really an adjoining hotel room that was not quite as nice as the rest of the unit in my view. View is little deceiving as mostly just looks onto parking lot and other buildings. Would suggest some basic items like salt and pepper be provided in the kitchen.
