    Overall, it is a great property which will only improve as construction is completed next door. It is small but workable unit, on the ground floor overlooking the pool, which makes it seem larger. We did go to our friend's unit in the same building which seemed much larger and had great views from the 2nd floor, so that is something to be aware of. The master is nice, even if it is a little tight, and the master bath is nice too. The 2nd bedroom is really small, and the 2 bunkbeds, while convenient for the 3 teens sleeping there, were squeaky and took up the entire room. There was a bathroom and a small closet and a couple drawers, but no where to put all of their clothes. The kitchen area was very good, with lots of plates/glasses/utensils/etc. The fridge & freezer were high quality. The dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer worked great. The location was fantastic: ski-in and ski-out from the nice ski locker room (though the organizational system for the locker numbers makes no sense!). It took us a little while to figure out how to get to the locker room, as it is only accessible from 1 elevator bank. Electric Pass Lodge is a very short and easy walk to Snowmass Village, with restaurants and bars and shops. Since it is part of the Snowmass properties, check in was actually at the Snowmass One West (I think) building, not the Electric Pass building, which was a little confusing. Gym in that building was nice and modern.

    The initial impression was quite good, condo was clean, bright and spacious - really everything we had hoped for. Unfortunately, there were many little flaws - the electrical outlets frequently surged and did not work, the microwave consistently blew the circuit and we had to reset the breaker. The airflow was terrible, it was uncomfortably hot, and we could not cool it down without opening the windows, then it was freezing. The fireplace did not work at all. The dishware was placed so high in the cabinets we could never reach it - it was dangerous to bring it down as it was all glass. The dishwasher was a joke, if it was not set in the rack perfectly it would not start - now mind you we did not know it did not start until we opened it and realized it never ran. We had to reengineer it to figure out what the issue was. For the price, it was disappointing. With such low occupancy you think the owners would recognize you have to offer a top rated place to get occupancy.
