Stayed Sep 22, 2018The view is great, If the carpet is replaced to maybe tile in the second bedroom would be nice. I noticed the shutter to the utility room needed to be cleaned, but the rest of the unit was nice, Great kitchen, living room area and the view to the pool and the water is nice Loved seating out on the balcony watching for the dolphins. Overall nice place to stay!

Stayed Jun 2, 2018The view is awesome. The balcony had a nice tall table and chairs so we could see over the wall to the beautiful ocean view very well. The condo is very convenient to elevators. The elevators, although small, were very quick and we never had to wait long for them. The kitchen was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. I really liked having a code to get into the condo rather than a key. It was nice not having to keep up with a key! The laundry room was located very close to the unit as well - right by the elevators. I missed that there was no washer and dryer in the unit in my initial research of the condo and feel that was inconvenient. Also, I don’t think it should be a coin laundry - it should be free!! The living room furniture was somewhat worn, uncomfortable and a little soiled. We spend a lot of time in the condo and to me this is very important! The master bath is nice but the shower drained very slowly. The second bath is VERY SMALL! Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay!! The beach is gorgeous and I could look at it for hours on end!!

Stayed Mar 12, 2016The view is amazing and great access to the beach. The home itself is nice and on the top floor with an amazing view off the deck. We were bummed that there is not a hot tub poolside. The hot tub is located in the women's and men's locker room in the gym with coed access limited to scheduled hours. We felt our stay could have been a five star, however we had to make several runs to rhe store to buy dish soap and other necessities that could have been provided. When we had to go back to the store to buy trash bags, we felt that for the price there should be thought to providing these items to the guests. Overall, though the location and stay are beautiful and a great vacation spot for a beach vacation.
