Stayed Oct 3, 2021The property and room was clean. The unit was nice to stay in and the view of pool with ocean was great. I would stay again at the property. The two dings would be hard bed and carpet needs replaced.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous! Place is alittle dated and could use updated items throughout - but all in all, i would stay there again if discounted. The overall property where condo is is perfect for beach or pool enthusiasts

Stayed May 17, 2021Nice and quiet, everything I want in a vacation stay. Condo was great with everything needed. Smart TVs was a very nice touch. Beach had double red flags the whole time, but the pool was nice. Will definitely stay at 444 again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2021We had the best stay in our beachfront condo!! The El Matador is an older, but really nice beach condo community. We didn’t use the amenities but they have so many to offer. Staying in Building 4 was also the best because we were the closest to the beach! We loved the location and how there is a 17 mile protected beach on the right side. We had gorgeous views from the condo of the pool and ocean. Then out the front door we could see the ocean, protected dunes, and also the sound and Fort Walton Beach. The condo was so clean and cute! We definitely hope to be back!
