Stayed Sep 2, 2023We stayed for a week with our family of four (2 adults, 10 year old, & 19 month old). The property was in great shape. The only complaint we had was regarding the mattresses in the unit. They are in poor shape and need an upgrade. There were foam pads on the mattresses in the second bedroom. The master bed was sunk in on the side with a lump in the middle. Other than that, we had a great time and hope to visit El Matador again soon. We would love to stay in the same unit if the mattresses are updated.

Stayed May 29, 2021Overall a great vacation!! A few minor issues with the unit, oven didn’t work and a bathroom sink did not drain. A maintenance worker fixed the sink right away. Unit was dated and could use a sprucing up, but overall clean, comfortable and very spacious. Loved El Matador and it was a wonderful family vacation! The beach was great and the pool was never crowded! We will be back!
