Stayed Jun 24, 2023The unit location was perfect! Great proximity to beach and pool. We were disappointed to experience a much more dated and run-down unit than the online pictures advertised. Although the living room seemed to have updated furniture, the kitchen and bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. Kitchen utensils were rusty, the shower in the guest bathroom didn’t seem up to current building codes, and we had issues with electrical overall. We traveled with 11 other families who paid $1000-1500 less than us for updated 2-bedroom units in ElMatador. Although we loved the view from the balcony, we were very disappointed in what we got for paying over $5,000 for the week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit was very clean and as pictured. The entire complex was very nice and kept clean as well. The location can’t be beat! We enjoyed our time and will be back!

Stayed Jul 11, 2020We had a wonderful family vacation. The property was great and close to restaurants. The only negative I will say is the unit we were in needs new windows and sliding doors, they didn’t lock and screens wouldn’t stay on track. Otherwise, it was a much needed vacation!
