Stayed Jun 7, 2024Although I said that “family” stayed in the property, we ended up walking out shortly after arriving and sleeping in our car until we could secure another hotel the next morning! I called Southern Vacation Rentals to discuss the issues with the room, but they were no help! The Room had mold in master closet, and second bath room. Holes in walls and doors, rugs were very dirty, wallpaper coming off walls, blinds were torn to shreds, floors were sticky, rust on refrigerator and bathroom switches, faucets coming out of walls, whole place had a very bad smell. Southern Vacation Rentals stated that they were sending workers to the property to review issues I told them about and would get back with me! You can’t fix mold or the other issues identified in a week!!!!!! I would never rent this place again until it was completely gutted and mold removed!!!!!! I have disputed the charges with my bank and expect a full refund! The pictures you have on your web site looks nothing like what we saw with our own eyes!!!!!!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The beds were fine but the small metal mini blinds did nothing to block the bright parking lot lights. Terrible for sleeping. The bedrooms were darker during the day. The window seals were all broken so there was no clear view to see ocean from inside. There was some black mold in shower in main bathroom. Sliding door did not open when we got there but was fixed the next day by maintenance.
