Edgewater Windward 104- Amazing Views!

Very good location. Condo was good but needs updating and painting. Great location on the property and access to the beach is great.

The chairs/seating in this unit were not comfortable at all. Unable to put my feet up and relax inside.

You could not ask for a better location! The walk to and from the beach and pool were priceless! It was so nice to have a condo so close!

Nothing good or bad to say except shower in bathroom beside bedroom had a leak coming from above unit and water dripping in bathroom from it. Repair was attempted but it continued to leak my entire stay and ceiling tile was soaked and bulging with water even after a new piece of tile was put in so because of the leak my family and I shared the one shower in the front bathroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable it could be updated and the kitchen chairs were unstable and we were afraid to sit on them also toilet in front bathroom probably need to be replaced because what I initially thought was waste and bathroom not being clean was explained to me it was just rusted or some part of the glue or something.causing it to flush slowly other than that it was a pleasant stay enjoying the view of the ocean from the balcony

Great location relative to the beach. It was almost like being on a cruise ship!

Loved the convenience to the beach and access. Simply check in with door and beach codes. Wonderful view of ocean! We would definitely stay here again!

Really appreciated the close proximity to the beach, elevator, & parking… very conducive for someone with back & knee issues. Property manager was also very responsive & helpful when we needed to add an extra night at the very last minute. We loved it & will never stay anyplace else in PCB!!

The best thing about this unit is that it is in Edgewater one of our favorite places to stay. This particular building is at the far end of the resort and doesn’t seem to be quite up to the standards of the resort as a whole. In fairness there did seem to be some upgrades taking place, so maybe it’s improving. The unit itself was clean and right on the beach. The furnishings could use some upgrades such as comfortable seating in the living room and a larger bed. All was clean and you do have a nice beach view. I would stay there again but would look for a more updated unit first. The dryer needs a new heating element and the hair dryer does not work.

Beautiful location. Close to beach access The condo was very clean. Needs lights replaced in kitchen. One toilet does not flush well. No hangers in closet. Called property management. They said they would bring some but never did. Also gave us the wrong beach access code. We would stay here again

Weather was rainy and cold (30's!) but the location and view were perfect. Great restaurants and plenty of fun activities nearby. I would recommend this condo to couples and small families.

Very nice place to stay. Only downsides were queen bed instead of king and minimal kitchen utensils. The view and area are terrific!

Great location, loved the beach view from our room. Had a great time!!
