Edgewater Villas #2108 - 2 Bedroom/2Bath Sleeps 8. Free Fun!

This was a very nice condo. The family enjoyed the spacious setup and the kids loved that they each had their own bed to sleep with enough room for a couple of the friends as well. We will definitely keep Edgewater Villa in our places to stay for the next trip to PCB.

We enjoyed being right at Edgewater. The condo was great, clean and comfortable. One thing is that the condo could use some better kitchen pans and a blender.....

Easy and seamless.

The unit itself was amazing. It’s decorated and furnished very nice. I was actually nervous how nice it was with us having small children with us. The property management was easy to communicate with. The resort we have stayed at before on the beachside and we will definitely stay in this unit again over beachside. The trolly was always quick and easy to get to the beach or pools. The resort is very nice but we did notice some of the resort staff were not as friendly as previous trips. The only complaint I would have on the unit is the guest bedroom is very hot. We had to turn the air to 67 to be semi comfortable in that room when the master room would be freezing. Overall this unit has amazed us and we will be booking again.

Villa was extremely nice & comfortable. It was also in a great location. There was less traffic but still had very easy access to the beach with the shuttles provided. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This villa is updated perfectly! Very modern with the perfect combination of beach and farmhouse feel. I was surprised by the size upon walking in-bigger than expected. The bedrooms are huge and the living area seated all 7 of us and then some if we’d needed. If you’re worried about not being right on the beach and lagoon pool-don’t! The trams run constantly until 10pm with a tram stop steps from the door (and they almost always dropped us back off right at our door). The drivers are super friendly and informative and it’s a quick ride over. There is also a very nice pool within steps from the front door that never had more than another family or two at it as they do a good job of assigning each pool to specific pods of villas. The back of the villa overlooks a cute pond full of very entertaining turtles and ducks. The neighborhood is very secure being gated but also not a pain to get in and out of once the pass is in your vehicle. Check in was a breeze. I actually messed up and didn’t read the checkout instructions until the morning of so I missed texting them two days in advance but just do better than me and read right away. Also, I’d suggest bringing coffee, toilet paper and trash bags with you if you’re getting in late and won’t shop right away. Also pay attention to the thermostat and note the front bedroom gets way warmer than the back overnight. Full size washer and dryer was a huge bonus for us as well, something we didn’t think we’d use and used several times. All in all—definitely recommend this property and would stay again for sure. We had a wonderful week! Thank you for having us!

This unit is AMAZING! Completely renovated, well stocked and super clean. Check in was easy- communication was excellent. The condo was quiet and parking was not an issue even with it being spring break. Property was convenient to restaurants and shops- we love the ice cream shop across the street! Check out was simple and easy. Thanks for sharing your condo!!!

We enjoyed our stay at edgewater resort! We didn’t mind the short walk to the beach and the condo is perfect for families. Beds for everyone. :) don’t need to wait for a elevator or deal with all the noisy neighbors on the high rise. Definitely check this place out if you want a relaxing, comfortable stay. Also the view in the back with the pond was fun for the kids and adults watching birds, ducks and turtles.
