Stayed Sep 21, 2025No king bed in main bedroom, as advertised. Very disappointing, as it was my main motivation for choosing this unit. Although, furniture was nice. And no attempt to make it right. All the property manager said while in the unit was “Oh, yeah you’re right”. Door lock wouldn’t work, had to spend the first 24 hours in a different unit which was no where comparable to what I booked and paid for. Not to mention the cleanliness was subpar. Dead cockroaches in fridge, black stains on towels, food debris left on the “clean dishes” in the cabinet, sticky/dirty glass top tables, floors had debris all around baseboards and under curtains when opened. Main bedroom tv had no working service and no batteries in the remote. I was told a legitimate locksmith would be there to fix the lock in the booked unit. Instead they sent an inexperienced female employee from the Southern Vacations, that had to then call and wait in her manager to attempt to fix it.No attempt to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience or inaccuracy of the listing.
