Edgewater Tower III #1212 - Rooftop Deck!

Property was a great space for a group; the views were amazing! Being on the 12th floor in a building with only 2 elevators means you’re almost certain to be climbing A LOT of stairs (especially on checkin day), but it was manageable. Only complaint was that the cleaning was subpar … we arrived to find leftover food in cabinets, crumbs & dried spills on the kitchen counters, and mildew in showers; there was also a separate ice machine (awesome!), but it couldn’t be used for drinks because there was mold/mildew inside.

It was one of our best vacations

If I ever go back to PCB I’ll for sure try to stay in the condo again. It’s very nice and the beds are comfortable. The view from the top is amazing

This was the first family vacation that we had planned in 5 years. We were nervous booking for our group of 11, 8 adults and 3 children. This condo exceeded our expectations!!! The condo was exactly as pictured and listed. We were so pleased! The views, balcony and rooftop deck were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everything was clean and in order. Beds were comfortable. The amount of space that we had was perfect. Management was easy to communicate with. We were able to park three vehicles without problem. Pools and hot tubs were great. The beach and access to it were unbeatable. Loved having a full sized washer and dryer, but the downside of that is it is in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms. Ice machine did not work. The railing on the balcony and deck had wider gaps than comfortable with an 18 month old. Loved this location and trip overall! Definitely recommend…but it is a little pricey so a splurge.

Beautiful, roomy 12th floor condo with second story and rooftop deck. Lots of room, gorgeous view from two sides.

In town for family reunion, 10 of us in this condo and we weren’t crowded. Lg round table would be great for dinner, but we were always out for meals. It was perfect for our family games with the group and the island was great when there were fewer home. We look forward to coming back next year! All 10 of us would rate it 5 Stars!!

great layout of the condo It was perfect for us, group of 8 RN’s We all worked through covid and have a new appreciation for “germs” The most disappointing aspect of the condo was the cleanliness i realize moving furniture to vacuum is not always possible, but a little extra effort would make a huge difference If I decide to revisit this condo, i’ll bring a bottle of Clorox to pour over the shower stalls It amazes me to understand how any shower or tub can be disinfected and cleaned without a hand held sprayer

I rated a 4 because this condo could have been my favorite to stay at but there are changes needed. Pros: Everyone has their own bath, rooms are spacious, balcony is great. View is amazing and sunsets are gorgeous. The dining room table is large enough for everyone to sit at. Kitchen is spacious as well. Loved the roku TVs and being able to log into our streaming services. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. One hour to Destin and 25 minutes to see where Truman show as filmed. Definitely check out Rosemary Park! Pool was really nice and Oceans the onsite restaurant had great food and drinks. Cons: If you are flying in by plane, I would not stay here. Look for another place that will provide you with some amenities. For example, the property management company will tell you that you have to supply everything. For example, they told us we would have enough toilet paper to get through the evening, we were given one kitchen hand towel for 8 days, the kitchen was not well stocked. There were no cleaning supplies to clean up with and I mean not even a plunger for the toilets in 4 bathrooms! No soap, nothing. If you fly in by plane you have to buy everything.Then you end up throwing it out when you leave. Such a complete waste. We had to bring our beach towels, pay $50 for the fitness center and early check in cost $68. Beach chairs are $65. If you drive, pack everything with you. We had 8 people but there were only 6 wrist bands. guard gate doesn't like that.

It was a great stay but there was one problem the mattresses needs to be changed .

We had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful. There’s some wear and tear here and there. Nothing major. Balconies are amazing!!!!! Plenty of room. Couldn’t figure out how to watch anything on the tv in one grey bed bedroom but didn’t worry over that. Bunkbed had to have some work but they came immediately to do that. Kitchen and dining area are fantastic. Perfect table for a group. Didn’t get to use pool much with the cooler weather. Hot tubs were great. One wasn’t working but there were two others right nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
