Edgewater Tower III #1204 | Penthouse Views + Tons of Amenities!

Great rooftop views. My understanding is the condo is up for sale, that could be the reason it's in need of some upgrades to the furniture and other things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Loved it! Everything was clean and in good working order. We had someone cancel so the bedroom upstairs didn’t get used. However it’s like it’s on apartment with wall out onto the roof! Gorgeous views. The main floor has a comfortable bed, and great living space. It also has a balcony. I love the check in process now. You get a code sent via text and you can go straight to your room. We always choose Edgewater. Twice a year - every year!!

Overall great unit

The location was perfect! Easy access to the pools and beach. The second floor deck was amazing to sit in the morning and drink coffee and in the evening was a great place to listen to the waves and gaze at the stars.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean. Beautiful view and perfect location!

The penthouse condo was lovely - better than the pictures! The place was clean and has fantastic views of the ocean. Great location and everything was in working order. The property is right on the ocean and there are several pools and hot tubs to choose from. I highly recommend this unit. The people who work at the front desk were horrible and they were overwhelmed by the spring break cried checking in. That was the only negative.

We stayed at the Edgewater resort in a 12th floor suite. The rooms were clean and equipped nicely. The only issues we had was with the Condo maintenance crews who kept leaving the maintenance door unlocked on the roof balcony and a small mouse who occasionally showed up in the upstairs bedroom. The resort restaurant served was really good food, although we were disappointed that there wasn't any live music or entertainment the whole week by the pool. The resort kept the beach neat and clean, tiding it up every morning. Beach umbrellas and chair rentals are stupidly expensive, brimg your own tent and chairs. The best part of the trip was renting a pontoon, go to Shell Island, the semi-private beach is beautiful.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The master bath needs the tiles pulled down. There is a smell coming from it, and the room smells a little like smoke or staleness. There needs to be an updated parking system, as there is NO parking. The couches for sure need replaced. They are worn in, and kind of itch fabric. Outside of things that can be fixed easily, we enjoyed the stay. The view was beautiful, and it was very enjoyable with all of the people watching we could do.

There was a smell of tobacco smoke but it wasn't too strong to cause us any trouble
