Stayed Jul 3, 2023We had a pretty amazing stay it was paradise everything went smoothly until departure I paid extra money for late departure cause I have four children ( 11, 5, 4,and 1) and I knew they would want to swim the last morning so I had everything ready for checkout the night before so we could swim until it was time to go change then load our stuff well when we get back up to the condo to change and load our things and leave they had changed the code to the door hours before we had to be gone so here I am standing in the hall with four wet kids and arm fulls of stuff and no way into our condo and my phone is inside so I had to log into my email on someone else's phone to get the number to call about being locked out while my baby cries and we are incredibly embarrassed as people walk by seeing us in this situation after we gave paid tons of money to stay at this place so just be warned this may happen to you and they will do nothing but give you a new code so then we lost a lot of the time we had to change and get all our stuff out of there so we had to race around as fast as we could to get out of there before checkout time it was extremely stressful to say the least
