Stayed Jun 15, 2024Enjoyed our stay! Condo is nicely furnished and of course the Gulf view is outstanding! Enjoy the Edgewater Resort have stayed several years, first time in this unit. Would definitely use again. Property manager was quick to respond and very friendly. Had a smoke detector chirping and they handled it efficiently. Great trip!

Stayed May 29, 2022We waited an hour before finally getting ahold of the front desk to get in the condo. I was told the code would be sent to me when the room was cleaned. We were then told that I hadn't paid, which wasn't true. A mess later we got it. This is exactly what I expect from a company owned rental. The toilets hardly flush, the washer leaked everywhere when we tried to use it, and it generally needed a touch up. It worked for what we needed but I will make sure to rent from a personally owned condo next time.

Stayed Aug 9, 2021Renting the place was easy, it was a great location and we loved the amenities of the resort. However, the cleanliness of the place, especially in this day in age, was below par and there were a few maintenance issues. With all that said, we still enjoyed ourselves and would come back to this resort.

Stayed May 29, 2021We love this resort! We stayed on the 5th floor and never had to wait for an elevator unlike other places we’ve stayed. The pool was great and quick, easy beach access. My only complaint was the spacing between the bars of all the balcony railings are very wide. Made me very uneasy with a curious 2 year old. However, we would definitely come back! Condo was nice and clean.
