Stayed May 25, 2025Property is very nice, clean and updated. Pool passes were a great amenity. Great beach front views. Fast communication with host, easy check in and out process. Be sure to bring some kitchen essentials like salt/pepper, cooking oil etc.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025The Edgewater property was very nice with multiple pools, hot tubs, access to club, and easy beach access. It is a very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Our condo had a great beachfront view with nice furniture, spacious living area and kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size with closet space. Would definitely stay here again. One thing we noticed was that the fire alarm and sprinkler in the kitchen are very close to the oven range and we set off the fire alarm twice using the oven to cook breakfast. May want to look into having property move them if possible. Everything else was great!!!

Stayed Sep 28, 2024We stayed a few days at this room for 3 nights before we switched to a larger room for a Girls Weekend. Your unit was much nicer than the one we moved in to. Cort was very helpful with updates about hurricane Helena. I would definitely would stay at this unit again.

Cort responded very quickly to our last minute lodging. Check in was very smooth. So happy with our decision. Beautiful condo with amazing views. BOOK NOW AND GO TO THE BEACH!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We have been stay at The Edgewater since the 90’s, this condo remodel was the best that I have seen. The condo is stocked full of everything that you will need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. which is a huge plus if driving. Of course the view is spectacular, as always!
