Edgewater T1 #609 - Lagoon Pool Tower

The room was a disappointment. It had a smell of cigarettes that was attempted to be covered up. The kitchen table was old and falling apart and so were the chairs. Barely any silverware, 3-5 forks, maybe 5-6 spoons for a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6. We booked an entire week and were provided only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and that’s it. The master bathroom only had 2 towels for the entire week. No extra towels in cabinets. The bed was the worst part. I had the worst backache after sleeping in it. My husband and I both sank into the mattress and could barely even turn in the night. We called about it stating that something was off about the mattress and the owner of the condo was so rude, unprofessional and stated if we aren’t happy we can leave, this was 1 day into our weeklong trip. I do not recommend.

Property was as advertised and clean. The AC unit required repair and the washing machine selector dial didnnnn't function properly. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Condo was very clean, it was easy to book online. Check in and out easy. Owners respond quickly to any questions you may have. Will stay there again my next trip. It is located close to shops, and restaurants. You will love the view from the balcony.

The place is nice and is clean, but kinda smelt a little stagnant when we arrived. The furniture is in good shape, but it kind of a dark condo and could use some extra lighting. We were sent the codes for early check in and we were allowed a 10:30 check out instead of the 9am check out time, so that was awesome. The host was supper communicative and helpful and quick to respond. They give you one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and one pack of laundry detergent and one pack of dishwashing powder. To me the condo is the bare necessities nothing spectacular.

Overall the property was well kept,but I expected the same cleanliness as the property we stayed at last year. That was not the case. The condo smelled of musk/mildew. I would’ve blamed this on the guest before but I don’t believe that was the case. I refused to wash any personal items in the washer due to the buildup of mildew along the edge of the washer itself. Every room had a very pungent odor. This was shocking because the last room that we stayed in,owned by the same group,was EXTREMELY well kept and so bright! This room had almost NO interior lighting.. so everything was very dim during our stay. The room loooed like it hadn’t been swept and our linens were questionable as if they were washed. The couch smelled horrible as I assume wet bathing suits had been on it. Overall,I believe it has potential but the wonders need to intervene and have a look for themselves.

The condo was very nice & clean. Only one thing that I noticed was there are no hooks to hang wet towels or suits. Other than that, it was great!

Clean, beautiful condo in the best location. Check in was a breeze and communication was exceptional. Would definitely rent again.
