Stayed Feb 1, 2024My husband and I spent the month of February at this condo, Panhandle Getaways was very easy to deal with and always available although we had no issues at all for the whole month! The condo was clean and well stocked, the only thing that it lacked was sharp knives, I always travel with my own so it wasn’t a problem for us! We had a pleasant surprise when we arrived, the living room and dining room furniture was brand new as were the kitchen appliances! Do not hesitate to book here.

Stayed Jul 28, 2022The property was ok. Just very outdated. Definitely need some modern upgrades Would help to inform people how to utilize the golf cart service to get your things back and forth to the beach. Staff was great. Course was fun. Food at Edgewater resort was incredible

Stayed Mar 26, 2021The property was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is that just about every drawer was broken and just kind of falling out of the furniture. Also, there was still a paper listing the previous owner as someone to call if there was a problem. This needs to be updated.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020Great location and view. Edgewater Beach Resort is one of our favorite destinations. We were a little disappointed to find that the condo did not appear to be very clean when we arrived, but Panhandle Getaways was quick to send someone down to clean and address any other issues we had. Melissa was very helpful in getting things taken care of for us. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Stayed Jul 6, 2019The staff was very nice. When we got there it wasn't what we thought we reserved online, so we called them and they moved us right away. It was a very nice clean condo and very roomy. We will go back for sure!
