It was a fantastic stay.

The condo is nice just needs a good paint job. Looks a little dirty with the walls messy and some of the ceiling is peeling in the living room. We had all we needed in the unit. The AC needs to be serviced and I did let the company know. Master bedroom gets really hot at night. Other than that the views are awesome and the location to everything is great!

The condo was in a nice location and had nice furniture. The sheets and paper products were cheap. No extra pillows or blankets. No beach towels or extra cleaning products. If you are traveling via plane, this condo would be an issue… you would spend a great deal of money purchasing everything you needed. If you travel by car, expect to need everything.

Great place with awesome location!

When we arrived at the condo we brought our things to the room. We all took our shoes off at the door (that’s what we do at home) within 15 minutes our feet were black. I had To to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the place before we could unpack. It took a whole box of swiffer wet pads to clean the floors and they were still black. The elevator did not work for 2 days. Fixed it for half a day. Next day the lights, water, and elevator stopped working that night. We had to carry all of our belongings down 14 flight of stairs with 4 kids. It was very unpleasant to stay here. I’ll never be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! Waking up to that view every morning was just amazing! However, watching the sky change at dusk over the water was breathtaking! The condo was just as described. The listing photos don't do it justice! My family has deemed it THE condo to plan our trips around from now on!

Overall, great place to stay. Not too crowded even on spring break. Elevators were kind of a mess and we had some troubles getting them to work properly on several occasions. Sounds like they’re getting replaced soon. Heated pool was only heated some days and not everyday. Not the condo owners fault obviously. The other thing that troubled us was that you’re not allowed to use your own umbrella. Have to pay the beach attendant every single day. Also for chairs if you don’t bring your own. That can add up to hundreds of dollars for a week that is unexpected. Should be noted in property description. Location is perfect for grocery store, food and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

very nice condo, just the cleaning crew doesn't believe in washing floors. Everything else was clean, but our feet were black on the underside after walking around and unpacking within 30 minutes, so I washed the floor. With the price you charge for cleaning that should of been done.
