This is a great spot at PCB. The beach is not overly packed and just close enough to the main PCB area for dining and entertainment. We love our stay. We are repeat customers.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carol’s condo at Edgewater. The condo was clean and well furnished. The resort is very nice - on the beach with lots of pools and close to restaurants and activities.

Great unit with everything you need.

This condo was amazing inside and out. The view from the balcony is awesome, great view off the gulf and sunsets. Inside you'll find anything and everything you'll need while staying. Dinnerware, cookware, blinders you make it. The counters are too die for. Now let's talk about the beds, some of the best sleep I've had in some time. They're not to firm yet not to soft, they're just right. More onto the host, she is amazing as well. Great communication, there for you if you need her. And if you have any questions, don't worry, she's got you. Even if you're forgetful like me, don't be afraid, she's got you lol. Overall, if I could give a 10 star review, this condo and host would receive it.

This is a great condo with a great view. Edgewater resort is a wonderful place to vacation at the beach. Owner was accessible and very nice.

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The beach view is amazing, and the location is central to all the things in PCB. We appreciated how clean the condo was and having the ability to just relax during our stay. Easy peasy! We would recommend it to others and will stay in touch with the condo owner, who was wonderful to work with!

We loved the location of this condo. This time of year was great too. We didn't have to wait at restaurants. We met some very nice people. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing time. The owner of the property was amazing.

Love the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room for a spectacular view of the gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen has all the pot and pan(all clean) needed to cook and other spices etc. Love the Security . Love the balcony to look out and large enough for all to enjoy The only things I did not like was no toilet paper. I think there was 2 pieces on each toilet paper in each bedroom and no spare. I did leave toilet paper for the next person . Also by the pictures on the ad shows the master bedroom had a window to look out to the ocean. The master bedroom window face the outside toward the road and had a spotlight that beam into the master room that keep me awake. I suggest a blacken curtain to block out the light.Also if you could let people know that the outlets must have the light flip on to work. The owner was very nice and assisted when we had issues .

The unit was in great condition. Communication with the owner was superb, they communicated from the day of booking to the day of check out. The responded quickly to questions. The resort is clean. Denise at the bar was super friendly.

Excellent communication, easy check in, and clean well managed condo with everything you will need for a great stay at the beach!
