Stayed May 27, 2025Loved the location and view from our living room balcony and master bedroom. Large balcony was awesome with a beautiful view. 2 adults and 7 teens fit in beds comfortably. Only complaint was front desk girl was rude when we asked about pool bracelets saying “since we rented from a 3rd party we had to take it up with them.” Not service minded or friendly. That was our only negative experience.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The view was amazing. This property does need a deep clean. When we let them know how dirty the floors were they sent someone to clean. We would have just worn our shoes inside, but our baby was crawling on the dirty floors. There is also electrical outlets that need to be flush and secure to the wall. The condo needs a dehumidifier, we noticed everything felt very wet inside. The host was quick to respond. The view was our favorite.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Edgewater is a great property. It is well located and convenient to the grocery, Chick Fil A, Waffle House, surf shops and the Outlet Mall. Auston's on 98 is a fun restaurant that you can walk across the street to. The pool, hot tub and beach are all great. Once you are here you don't really want to leave. The elevators are being replaced which really helps improve your experience at the property. There is a sidewalk/bike path right outside the property. The balcony is spacious and a nice place to enjoy the outside and view. The unit is nicely updated and the view is great.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024This was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. I will never, ever book with Southern Vacation Rentals ever again and will warn anyone against booking with them. Bugs everywhere in master bedroom. Lied to by Southern Vacation Rentals nonstop over a 4 day span of not even attempting to make the situation right. I have a full write up review of this entire experience. Of course the word count here maxed out after 1 paragraph in my review. I will NEVER be a returning customer. Can I give less than 1 stars on all of the above?
