Edgewater 1-810~Sleeps 8~Southern Charm

We LOVE Edgewater. We've stayed here just about every year for the past 30 years! We've been very fortunate to book well-maintained units (I think all but one year), everything on the menu at Ocean's is always amazing, and the pool is THE best.

Beds were comfortable, linens were nice, and space was very clean. Resort was easy to navigate and parking was easy. Good location. Highly recommend!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! From the gorgeous views off the balcony to the incredibly comfortable beds, we couldn’t recommend this property more. Our kids loved all of the resort’s amenities and my husband and I felt very impressed with the staff on site by the pool, the beach, and the restaurant :)

The condo was just as described, VERY clean, wonderfully decorated and a beautiful view! We will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a visit to PCB!

We came to Edgewater for a conference and found this unit to be just perfect. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The views are stunning, the decor is fresh and the AC works great. Easy management to work with. We would def stay again!

Wow! We loved this condo! The view is beautiful and the property is exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Comfy and cozy. Outdoor furniture on the balcony was perfect for conversation and coffee! Everything was so clean and it was an easy check in and checkout. Would absolutely rent this condo again and recommend to friends.

The condo itself was great - no complaints. However the pool has so many rules such as no noodles, no beachballs, etc we didn’t even get to use it. Thank goodness the beach was awesome! Last two days couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because of all the pot smokers - nothing anyone can control but still an issue.

This condo is absolute perfection. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. It has an amazing view from the balcony of the pool and beach. It was very clean. The resort itself was exactly what we needed. We were two best friends on a girls vacation and never had to leave the resort, except to buy a few groceries. We had everything we needed right there. The restaurant was delicious and the pool area was very well cared for and always clean. We hope to return sometime. Don’t hesitate to book with Kelly and Farah. They are very responsive to questions and anything you need before and during your stay. I highly recommend!

Super happy we chose this condo for our vacation. Well appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was very comfortable- from the beds to the cozy living room and the beautiful deck with the awesome high top chairs! And you can’t beat the view, we loved watching the dolphins swim every morning while drinking out coffee!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy and comfortable condo. It was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the landlord was great and they were very kind. We loved the resort amenities (gated parking, pools, hot tubs, loved the restaurant)! We would love to be able to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

We loved this condo! It was very clean. We loved the extra room with the 2 beds in it. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen utensils. The check in process was very smooth.
