Stayed May 18, 2025The views are exactly as posted but so much better in person, just beautiful! We stayed in number 8. The unit was very clean and they replied quickly to my messages before we arrived. I would definitely book here again!

Stayed May 30, 2025This place is perfect, it had everything we needed for two couples to be super comfortable. Two king size beds, our own bathrooms. Great kitchen space comfortable living area. Walking distance to a great restaurant ( The Hudson) but the absolute best part was the view we sat on the deck, barbecuing talking, laughing and making some awesome memories

Stayed May 1, 2025Very clean, view from the deck was amazing, there was a trail right out the back door that we hicked to Snoopy Mtn. Walking distance to the bottom of the hill for shops, food and bar. Everything about this place was perfect for us!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025My wife and I came from Minnesota and we were joined by my wife’s sister and her husband from Colorado. We were very happy with the property and the great views we had from inside and from the great veranda which spans the entire length of the property. There are 3 hiking trails which we could access from a trailhead only about 200 yards from our VRBO. The only issues we had was the dishwasher started leaking on our first night there and although the property manager replaced it quickly there was an electrical problem which remained unresolved through our stay. The property manager did give us a 75 credit for the inconvenience.The other issue was there were only 3 bath towels for the four of us and only one washcloth and one hand towel. We only discovered that cleaning staff had left the other clean towels in the dryer and we only found them when we did our own laundry on Monday. The only other thing I can say is that the views are beautiful from the veranda but the outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable. All the units in this condo have the same uncomfortable outdoor furniture.Our stay was very pleasant and we had our own gas grill on the veranda and that was great because the traffic is crazy trying to drive downtown to eat. So we decided to stop at the Safeway grocery store which is very close by and we got some very good filet mignon and other great food for our stay and saved money and avoided the Sedona traffic nightmare by using our grill to make our own dinners.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025My wife and I spent 3 nights with friends here. The view and location are simply incredible. We could've sat on the balcony all day, but did get out to enjoy everything that Sedona has to offer. This location is incredible. Walk to hiking, restaurants, shopping and more. We would rent this place again. No question...

Stayed Feb 12, 2025We spent 10 wonderful days in The Eagle’s Nest overlooking majestic views. We got off to a bit of a rocky start. Upon entering the unit at arrival the strong sent of decaying rodent was very evident. Once that issue was resolved we enjoyed the remainder of our stay.We particularly liked the proximity to Margs Draw Trail that starts right out the back. Also spent time watching nature from the back balcony. The proximity to Tlaquepaque shopping and dining was great. We plan to return to gorgeous Sedona soon!
