Stayed Jun 22, 2025This condo was close enough to campus for our needs; however, the unit above us began being renovated after our first night and continued through our last night of a week long stay. The walls are very thin and the workers worked until 7-7:30pm every single night and on the last night until after 9pm. I am surprised the association doesn't have any rules about construction noise and some kind of notice to other units about the impending construction. At one point the workers made a ceiling panel fall into the master shower and left a gaping hole into the other unit. I had to ask them to come in and put it back up. I think had there not been construction our stay would have been more enjoyable. Also had I known there would have been construction happening I might have chosen another location since I had to work during the day in the unit as well.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024The property is updated and has all the conveniences you need for a short or long stay. Easy to access and located just off campus. Easy drive to restaurants or the grocery store. The condo complex is quiet and the little balcony is a nice spot to sit and read or just look out at the pool. This was my second stay and I will be back!

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Quick trip to Auburn didn’t disappoint with this recently remodeled 2BR Unit located just off campus. The unit is easy to access. Parking was easy and located just down the street from my favorite coffee shop/book store-Well Read. Bed was comfy as are the furnishings. Cute balcony overlooking the pool. Looking forward to my next visit.
