LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski-in, ski-out condo

is located right on the slopes and is quite possibly the best ski-in, ski-out

location in Mammoth! Slope access is literally right in front of the unit.

Ski-in, ski-out luxury can't get any closer than this.



Beautifully appointed with a multitude of small decorator touches, there is

nothing basic about this property. The living room has a large flat screen TV

with DVD player, cozy gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa. There is

dining room seating for 6, room for 4 at the kitchen bar, as well as granite

in the kitchen. Unit evens comes with complimentary wireless Internet.



The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, flat screen TV with DVD player,

gas fireplace and private attached bathroom complete with double vanity and

granite countertops. The second bedroom downstairs on the main floor has a

Queen bed and TV, with the third bedroom (also on main floor) featuring a bunk

bed with a Double on the bottom and a Twin on the top. There is a shared

bathroom, also with a dual vanity and granite countertops, as well as a washer

and dryer inside the unit! All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,

steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



This Eagle Run complex has underground garage parking (garage clearance is 8'

2) and an outdoor jacuzzi. This condo sleeps a maximum of 7 people and comes

with one assigned parking spot with additional guest parking on a first come,

first serve basis. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options.There is an elevator from garage to condo, three levels

inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real

time. PLEASE NOTE: The exterior buildings of the Eagle Run complex are

scheduled to be painted during the Spring of 2025. During this time exterior

windows, doors, and balconies will be periodically covered and there may be

some noise impacts from construction. We have no control over scheduling and

    Great unit, location and view. I can see where this would be great for ski in ski out in the winter. Very comfortable and clean. A window needed a little repair when we arrived and Jake w/ Mammoth Reservations took care of it quickly and friendly. Our only complaint would be, if you want to cook in, the kitchen was under outfitted with cookware and drinking glasses.

    Fantastic Eagle Run location to base for your everything Mammoth summer vacation! Unit was well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/rooms, nice bathrooms, comfy living room furniture and fantastic views from the upper bedroom crow's nest and the living area balcony. Great ingress and egress from the parking garage to the unit, with luggage carts to make the trip easy. Perfect location too for a summer mountain bike vacation with easy access to the Town Trail, Lakes Trail and downhill to the Village to embark on your Mammoth Bike Park day. All in all a Winner!

    We had a great experience and enjoyed the home. The location was great and we enjoyed coming back for lunch each day to take a break. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds & linens were very comfortable. Wish we were still there now :)

    The property is lovely. Upstairs master is large and separate from downstairs bedrooms. Kitchen well-stocked, plenty of comfy seating. Furnishings have clearly been curated over many years of mountain living. We arrived late in season when this portion of the mountain was closed, so not ski-in, but during peak season would be. Underground parking secure. This is second-level, and then stairs up to master, so would not have been ideal if Grandma had been with us, but for us and the kids, was perfect and we loved it!

    Very well maintained and located - theoretically ski in/ski out, though access to that pathway appeared to be blocked by 15 feet of snow. My negatives ate three fold: 1. The place looks large in the online pix but it's actually small in person 2. Over half of the cupboards/closets are locked, leading to suboptimal functionality 3. We were snowed in chest deep, which I had to personally dig out to get from the front door to the parking garage over a length of something like 50+ yards, just to escape to our car, and the property management company showed no interest in resolving this issue but rather gave me more of a tough sxxt - suck it up buttercup type retort to this issue. Other than those specific issues, it was good
