I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Missing a few minor things, like bath mats and kitchen sponge or dish cloth. Outside around the apartment there was some debris like discarded cardboard, a broken pole top, and not the best lighting.

I received the door code by email and several text messages prior to my arrival so there was no wait getting in the unit. It was fully stocked as promised and everything worked. I have no complaints and neither did my family.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Our two night stay was wonderful. The location was great…just a few minutes from downtown, but quiet and peaceful. The unit was super clean, well-appointed, and featured great amenities. We enjoyed everything from the Aveda products provided in the bathrooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing video collection. It was perfect for our needs (and wants)!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Check in was easyThe unit was nice although an older building, slightly musty. There were updates such as to the bathroom.We would have preferred central air rather than window units to cool the rental during a hot July.Unfortunately, the pool which we had planned to use extensively went out-of-service after our 1st day for the duration of the stay.The location is nice - quiet and a quick drive, bike ride or lengthier walk into downtown Durango.

It is in a nice, safe location. The house itself was nice and clean. I just wish that the second floor didn’t get quite so hot. The weather was warmer than normal so it’s understandable. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Upstairs bedroom was very impractical to get to up narrow circular stairway. Dish washer was broken. Air Cons were old, noisy, and ineffective. Downstairs twin beds were very uncomfortable. Place needed update on furnishings. We were without water for two days due leak in neighborhood. No fault of owner but credit should have been given. Property was not VRBO standard. Not happy!

We spent four nights in this lovely townhome. The townhome is tastefully decorated, and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to do any cooking. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool during our downtime as well and liked that we had that option.
