Great place to stay! Very clean and nice furniture!

We loved everything about this place! Only downside was thr elevators, they were questionable every time we got on; bouncy, sounded like a cable was fixing to snap, and just a little janky. They do need to update them.

Great view and nice beach . Not crowded or commercialized like Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Dunes is well maintained and clean. Looking forward to returning and will stay longer next time.

Absolutely loved Dunes 602! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Literally felt like home away from home. The whole place felt safe.(unlike some beaches/properties I've been to) I will most definitely be going back!

The location was just a few minutes from the farry that took us to Dauphin Island and to some hole in the wall convenience stores if you need any extra things. The only downside od th3 Dunes Condos is that the elevators were kinda sketchy, they just needs to be updated. The pool was awesome, everything was to our liking.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as pictured online and we were given clear instructions for check in and check out and they even gave us tips on things to bring so we wouldn’t have any surprises! We had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Our kids loved it! This is the first stay somewhere that I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Look forward to coming back next year!

Reviewer Comments: We really like Fort Morgan as it is quieter than the other beaches and this building is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. Five stars for the unit and one star for the neighbors. This condo was clean and nicely furnished with a great view of the Gulf. Unfortunately, every time we tried to enjoy the view from the balcony, we kept smelling cigarette smoke coming from the unit below us. This is a non-smoking building with signs posted that no smoking is allowed within 20 feet of the building. I'm sure the smokers were aware of this as we also kept smelling Febreze - I assume their way of trying to cover the smell. If the Condo Association is not going to enforce their no-smoking policy, we won't be returning, which is disappointing as we really like this location.

The view from the balcony of the Gulf is great and never gets old. The walk to the beach is not too far to carry a few items. We enjoy walking around the community in the morning. The pool is nice and we got in it every day. A couple of great restaurants within 3-5 miles. Fort Morgan is relatively quiet and laid back compared to Gulf Shores, and that's why we like it so much - a great getaway.
