Tucked away in Conway but only 8 minutes from CCU and downtown Conway, this cozy private apartment has it all.

Come visit your friends or family at Coastal Carolina University (CCU) and take in a game, or travel another 10 minutes and you are in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Even if it's a short getaway, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with close river access and a short drive to the beach. This unit is perfect for guests with one dog (with a basic fenced in yard) and you can evenbring your trailer with boat/fishing gear. There is plenty of room.

The apartment has its own private and secured entry from the main house. You are completely self-sufficient. It has one bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with toilet and shower, a living area with sofa and single bed, TV, dining table and kitchenette setup (bar fridge/microwave). The unit has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Linens and towels provided.

Quiet, rural location just off of Hwy 90.
Set back on a large lot, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Dollar General is just on the corner for any immediate needs you have.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

    The unit was clean and fairly comfortable. The owner provided many thoughtful amenities.It's worth noting, however, that the thermostat is on the owner's side of the property. The rental had two permanent window air conditioning units that were extremely drafty. The rooms were quite cold. We asked if they could turn up the heat and were provided with two space heaters, but the drafts from the windows mostly overpowered the heaters. The rental has no smoke or carbon monoxide detectorsAlso worth noting is that this rental is on a pretty rural street. If you have a pet that you must walk, be sure to bring a good flashlight. The surrounding streets are very, very dark!.

    We have stayed at this property twice and will stay again. Close to CCU, shopping and routes to the beach, but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood where I could safely walk. Although there isn't a kitchen, the kitchenette was well appointed with water for coffee and kitchenware for takeout, etc. My only suggestion would be for better outdoor lighting at night.

    Very easy check in process and very clean and spacious. They provided us with waters and snacks which was very sweet! It's hard finding places that accept 3 dogs, this place does and it was very convenient. The fenced in area was perfect for my three to run around. The neighbor hood has lots of food/grocery options and just 20 minutes from the beach. We would stay here again!

    Great communication with the hosts from start to finish. We flew in late and they had the AC and lights on for us. There were snacks on the counter, water bottles in the fridge and the place was clean and comfortable for us. We would stay again!

    Daughter was on a team softball trip staying with the team in a hotel on the boardwalk. We decided to get away from the beach, we were planning on bringing our dog which didn’t end up coming with us but it would have been a nice setting for him. Would stay again if we come back to the Myrtle Beach area.

    My boyfriend and dog traveled south to visit my childhood best friend and her family for Easter. This property allowed us to be halfway from her house and our daily activities. The host was so accommodating and allowed us in a little early, as we were traveling a long distance and made great time with travels.

    A very nice place close to Coastal Carolina University. Was perfect for me for move-in weekend. Quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. Comfortable bed and nice size bathroom. Good air conditioning. Very comfortable reclining sofa. I plan to stay there again.
