Dreamy Beachfront Retreat: Cozy Condo with Unmatched Views!

I couldn't shut then sliding door.It needs to be replaced. The HVAC system was very loud. THey didn't even supply salt and pepper.

Our rental was a 9th floor, one BR room condo that was very clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony was awesome and we spent early mornings and late afternoons enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves, gulls and osprey, and saw an occasional pod of dolphins just offshore. Very relaxing. Weather was perfect, beach was always clean not crowded at all this early in the season.Only a couple minor inconveniences: our Building 3 elevator was inoperative and though building 4 elevator provided close-by service, it was a bit more of a walk for my wife who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Did not see ANY attempt to repair the elevator during the week we were there. The other inconvenience was the sliding door to our balcony. The door opened ok but was virtually impossible to close without a lot of effort and aggravation! My wife couldn't open or close the door at all (noticed other renters having the same problem with their doors). That needs to be rectified immediately. May just be an adjustment, or repair/replacement but the door did become a nuisance during our stay.

Place was as listed. It was very clean. Only thing I would change is the shower water pressure it was terrible.

Property manager was amazing! Very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The property was very well maintained and an amazing view of the ocean!

This was a wonderful place to spend vacation for our family of three. We loved the ocean front and access to pools. It was also convenient to area attractions and supplies. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Your unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. It had all of the kitchen supplies needed to cook anything. We enjoyed looking out from the deck at the ocean and people below. Our kids swam at the pool below and we were able to watch them from the deck too. We want to come back again.

Would definitely stay here again! Hopefully for a week next time!!

Everything was good. You know about the dishwasher and elevators problems but overall it was good and I do intend to do this again. Thanks for such quick response to me.
