Dream vacation, great location, great condo! 10 ppl, 402 top-Right on the beach!

We love this are!!! Very isolated and beach is amazing with no large crowds!!! Unit is decorated VERY nice and is so comfortable!!! Everything that we could have possibly needed was there! And the host was very prompt and awesome to work with. Already excited for next year in this same unit!!

Lovely place to spend your beach vacay. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were extra comfy.

Not crowded and very quiet

We stayed with our teenagers and other families that rented other units in the building for Spring Break. Perfect location right on the beach with great amenities and near restaurants and ice cream.

Great please. Clean and lots of room. Wish we could stay longer. Communication is great. We liked that there was security and the beach was perfect.

Stayed for 5 nights in early August with my kids and their significant others (6 all together). Condo was excellent – extremely clean, lot of space, nicely furnished, complete assortment of cooking utensils (pans, pots, etc.) and kitchen appliances, large patio/deck, washer and dryer, etc. Parking was excellent - was able to park one car in the garage and it had a large outdoor lot with plenty of spaces for the 2nd car. The condo building is right on the beach, which was awesome, and the beach was beautiful and private. Had a very nice pool as well and a couple of gas BBQ’s (which we used). Building is very faimly friendly and quiet. Also had an exercise room in the building that my kids used. Check in was extremely easy, essentially owner texted me the access codes to the building and the room and that was about it. Check out was just as simple/easy, basically take trash out and start the dishwasher. Really like the Santa Rosa/30A area as well- quieter, less traffic, less commercial, great restaurants, had Publix grocery store 10 minutes away. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend the property.

We had the absolute best week with family. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed. Judy gave us all the information needed prior to our arrival and it made the check in seamless :) the access to the beautiful private beach is super easy and so pretty! Thank you for sharing your home with us and we can’t wait to come back !

The whole experience was easy. No hitches. The owners were very friendly and quick to reply to any questions we may have had. Great place to stay!

The place was clean and very easy to access the beach. The manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!
