Dream Disney Family Vacation,one of best resort 2 miles to Disney, space for 8

We came from Tampa, FL with another family of 4 to use the condo for a 3 day weekend. We spent most of the time in the Disney Parks so we did not get to use the facilities but they looked so cool! Parking was easy for us and we had 2 cars. There is an elevator so it was easy to bring up luggage and strollers. The condo had alot of room. What could be worked on, in my opinion, woud be to have hangers for the towels in the bathrooms. I had no where to hang my towels. The owners would like for everyone after check out to wash the dishes in the dishwasher and to run a wash of the the towels in the washing machine. Since they ask of this for one time, they should supply laundry detergent and dishwashing soap just for the one time. We got lucky because a previous renter left their stuff and we left our own too. I would definitely book here again!

Great place to stay. Close to all the parks. Unit was close to the pool.

Very clean and spacious!!! As close as you can get to Disney! Nice pool area and snack bar and connivence shop. Will plan to stay here again!

Excellent apartment for a Disney Vacation! Stayed as a family of 6, with 4 kids. All Disney Parks are about 15-20 minute drive. Walmart is 5 min drive. Spacious condo, quiet at night, clean. Large and comfy beds. No real issues. Recommend.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and nice pool. Loved how close we were to Disney and there was a Walmart 5 minutes away. Will be staying again soon.

Overall the location was why we chose this Vrbo. The host was polite and was quick to respond with any questions I had prior to my trip. The condo was spacious enough for my family and the pool was a huge hit with my kids. My 3 star rating is only due to a musty smell. I smelt it throughout our stay, and when we got home the smell was very apparent. I had to re wash the clean laundry from our trip, and all the bags we used. I’m still airing out the suitcases which I’m hoping I don’t have to throw them out due to the musty smell not leaving them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place could definitely use some TLC! But the location was good and we only were there to sleep!

Great location close to Disney and pool area was great! Host was great and very responsive. The condo unit could use some maintenance work inside but other than that it was great!

The king size bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately that is the only positive comment I can offer. The unit was not well maintained. Surface cleaned at best. Balcony was indescribable. When notified of issues property manager did show up and addressed issues in her way. The skillets were not usable she brought 2 different skillets they were in better shape than the ones that were there but they both had been used . This was my first experience with vrbo and it possibly will be my last. I left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Not what I expected to have to do while on vacation. We only had 2 8oz drinking glasses. credit where credit is due we requested a portable hand mixer and the property manager did bring us one. I think part of the issue is communication between the cleaning person and the property manager. When we arrived refrigerator water filter light was blinking filter needed changing. there was no light in freezer or microwave. TV in master bedroom wasn't working properly would work for a while then go into some cycle then come back on.

We've stayed at Windsor Hills for almost 10 years! Love the property amenities, location to amusement parks and proximity to airport. This condo was close to the pool, perfect for our 4 adults and two kids. There was a hiccup with getting my sister access (she lives in Orlando) but the owner was quick to jump in and add her to the reservation. We'll keep coming back! Thank you!!

Clean comfortable place

We arrived to a horrid smell in the unit so we begin looking around, the unit was filthy. Dirty walls, furniture, cupboards, bedding was dirty and crusty. There were sticky spills on the kitchen table and counter tops. The bathroom cabinet was broke and hanging sideways. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The towels provided were old and stringy. Nothing smelled clean. We messaged the property manger and received no response so messaged the host,. We spent the first 3 days of our trip on the phone with Vrbo, and the host, Fang. He is rude, speaks poor English. He hung up on me. He refused to refund our Kent so we could find another property. He repeated said we wanted a free vacation. This property is a filthy dump and doesn't look a thru g like the photos. The walls have holes, the mural is peeling and all bubbled. There was a bottle cap under neath the child's bed sheet, I did stop they were never washed prior to our check in. There were black spots all around the bed cover. He sent an inspector and tried to charge us for the fee. No cleaning was done but a dry wipe of 4 cabinets with some dawn power spray. We were yelled at and told they deep clean and do what we ask. But they had no cleaning supplies, no sanitization materials, no new bedding etc. I was notified that this was acceptable to VRBO. Never rent from this place EVER
