Dream condo by the ocean

Reservation and check-in was Quick was simple waited on reply from owner and all went well from there it was home away from home kitchen had all up to date amenities and everything you needed was right there and Villa was clean will stay again in future

This was a great place to stay! A perfect central location to everything and if you didn't want to leave the resort it had all the amenities you need.The owner checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

This was our first time at HHI. Our host was very helpful in giving us suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious enough for a family of 5. The resort's pools and private beach made staying on site easy. The beach was just a short walk away and very clean, not overly busy. My kids are already asking when we can come back! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our time here. It served as a good base to explore Hilton Head and we mainly just slept in the unit as we spent most of our time in the sunshine! The unit was clean and air conditioning worked great. Kitchen amenities were helpful. One thing to note is we wish they something to use and clean the charcoal grills with and the icemaker in the freezer didn’t produce very much, but we bought some bagged ice. Otherwise, no issues and these weren’t big deals at all. We didn’t use them as we brought our own, but the unit did have beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, and sand toys. We thought that was a nice touch! Communication with the host was wonderful and they even sent us some helpful suggestions of local events occurring over 4th of July.It is a long hike to the beach, but the cart makes it much more enjoyable in the heat of the day. The walk is nice and you can enjoy marsh views and look for animals! The beach was fantastic with a lifeguard present and Coco’s nearby as well. Pools were well maintained. Great time

Such an easy stay. Excellent, friendly and timely communication with Tamara. We checked in with a key code. The property was clean, and had all the beds our family needed. Sometimes it’s hard to find enough beds for our large family, but this was perfect and included the kitchen and fridge which was a huge plus! There were several pools on site, and we used the main pool and took advantage of the cafe/bar on site by the pool. The beach was beautiful, clean, well maintained and had a lifeguard which was nice. The walk to the beach is a little long (7-10 mins with little kids), but on a nice boardwalk, and there is also golf cart shuttle service if desired. Overall, a great stay for our family and nice on the budget!
