Dream 3BR Condo - Phoenix VIII 8701

Condo was great! Had a beautiful view. Easy check in/out. Pools were perfect for kids. Lots of carts for hauling luggage. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed in OB.

Our suite didn't seem like it had been cleaned. The shower curtain liner had stains on it. The towels had stains in them, the coffee maker had old molded coffee remains in it, the dishwasher was dirty and had dirty dishes in them.And a beeping noise kept going off and on throughout the night. Our stay was for 4 days 3 nights. We had to get a trash bag from a neighbor because you have to take out your trash before you checkout, but we didnt have an extra one. The elevator carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the sauna was off so we couldn't use it.The access tonthe beach and pool is nice- very convenient, but that was the only good thing about this property. The property isnt cleaned well. The doors and walls are kinda dirty. The floor inside the property didnt seem like it had been mopped before our stay or like itbhad been a while since it was last mopped.Our balcony had debris on it. The wall on the balcony had been cracked and a small pilenof debris was there.Regeana at thenfront desk was super nice and helpful. The housekeeping manager or supervisor ( i dont remember her name) seemed a little annoyed that i came to her with my issues. But, when i returned to my room, everything except for the beeping noise and debris on the patio had been resolved.

The condo was perfect for me, my best friend and her 3 kids ages 6-14! It has everything you need for an extended stay!! I was very happy with how well stocked the property was!! 5 of us fit comfortably!! The 2 different balconies are AMAZING!! Highly recommend. I'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. It was so easy checking in and out. The view of the beach was breath taking. We definitely loved this comfy and cozy beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay and the place was very nice and convenient to the restaurants and other amenities. The pool was very refreshing and never crowded.

This is our favorite place to stay. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable place. The perfect place to stay with family. Very tastefully decorated and cozy feel. Pool and kiddie pool is very nice, grounds are very well kept. Great location to everything. Very quite location abs beautiful view of the pass.

We spent our family vacation in this condo - wife, 1 toddler, 2 grandparents, and extended family nearby. The condo was perfect for our needs with easy access to restaurants, grocery and of course, the beach. Everything was ready to go when we showed up and it was easy to settle in and get on with our vacation. The indoor pool and spa was perfect for our child, and the gym was great for early morning workouts overlooking the ocean. The rooms were sizeable and the balcony was a great addition - could have everyone out there and not feel cramped. Nice to have a secondary balcony off the master (with chairs) to get a bit of privacy as well. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here over the New Years holiday with our parents and our 1 year old son and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty of room for our very energetic toddler to play. We especially loved having access to an indoor pool on days when the weather was bad. The living room is cozy and comfortable for relaxing after a day spent on the beach and at the pool, not to mention the beautiful view of the ocean from the big balcony. It absolutely felt like a home away from home and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Orange Beach.

My wife and I stayed here for a romantic getaway/vacation, and we couldn't be more pleased. Since I am in Grad School, we don't get many vacations and really haven't seen a beach since our honeymoon. When we saw the pics on this unit and the price, we really couldn't pass it up. Upon arriving, the place looked and felt much larger than the pictures led us to believe. The upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture also was a plus. My wife loved the decor, which gave a nice beachy feel without going over the top like many places try to do. We had friends come and visit for the night and they said the same thing. Not only was the beach a few minutes walk away, the building has a cozy indoor and outdoor pool for those days when it rains. However, the biggest perk of this unit was the view. You have the benefit of being high enough to see the whole beach without the noise, the sunsets/sunrises are spectacular, and the hurricane doors prevented any wind draft from entering the unit. Essentially, this unit was our second home for the week. We loved cooking in the kitchen together and checking out the great eating spots that are only a few minutes away. The inspirational books throughout the house gave us nice reading material. Overall, we loved this place and look forward to booking this unit again. P.S. Just what my family needed. The condo was above and beyond my expectations. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good WIFI connection. Great ocean view and was able to enjoy the balcony. The property management was cordial and helped give us great dinner and attraction advice. GREAT location close to everything (restaurants; grocery store; beach; etc). Contacted the owners of the condo, and they were so nice and warming. One of the best and most relaxing vacations I have taken in a while.
