Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management and grounds were great. The condo left much to be desired. King bed was loud with any movement & sloped inward. Patio furniture and towel bar where very rusted with legs that were uneven, table is unstable. Not pleasant for neighbors I'm sure.The couch slopes inward and is worn. Entry door was broken and repaired poorly, screen windows were broken and need to be replaced. Paint in the entryway is worn and dirty, similar to the bathroom floor boards. Poor welcoming for certain.Beach equipment made the entire laundry room smell terrible. It was damaged, unorganized an not usable. I ended up borrowing chairs and a cooler from the office.Having stayed in several units within this complex over the years, this unit left much to be desired. For the price, it needs repairs and investment in newer King bed, patio furniture and paint in my opinion.

It's easy to access and provides secure parking, plus a pool and workout room. Our unit was spacious and had nice furniture, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and the screened-in lanai. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in another condo for a few years but it was not available so we tried this one. We loved the layout and amenities. I really liked the kitchen layout and the ability to go around the island. It helped with traffic flow. We also loved the updated bathrooms and big shower sizes. I suggest better seating for the lanai for relaxing and enjoying the view but the table and chairs were at least an option to sit for a bit.
