The apartment is awsome. The host is very responsive and also proactive. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. The hosts have everything that you can reasonably expect available. We had stayed there about a year prior to this trip and were very fortunate to be able to book again. There is a designated parking spot.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, great owner communication, nice touches of home, really accommodating and helpful. The twin beds are very high captain's beds, so need to be careful about that, and be prepared for street noise at night (it's on Broadway, after all). Would stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Great property in a great location

Great location and easy check in and check out. Nice to have off street parking here too. Didn't realize that this is a garden level apartment, but it worked out okay. Also, the bed in second bedroom may be more of a full than a queen.

Very clean and the best location. Easy to walk around the neighborhood. We also rented a car and were able to walk to the car rental place in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place! 6 minutes from train and 15 from airport.

Enjoyed the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, ease of parking - and we appreciated the nice touches such as snacks and really good coffee and fresh chilled waters. Lovely stay all around. Highly recommend.

Ideal place to stay for a trade show at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Great area. Hosts were terrific communicators.

This is a fantastic space. Large gathering area and bedrooms are large. Clean and plenty of space for all of us. Location is perfect to get to The Amp and restaurants downtown. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great location within walking distance to federal hill and had it not been so cold we would have walked to the PPAC as well. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. Highly recommend and we would certainly come back.

Great apartment for getting around PVD area. Off street parking was great and right next to the apartment entry door. Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, close to restaurants and the park/pedestrian bridge. We are not used to traffic noise so that was the only thing we had to get used to, but it infrequent enough that it was not much of a bother. Definitely would recommend this place to others interested in staying in the Providence area.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting my daughter and son in law in Warwick. The location was very convenient to Providence and Warwick. The home was well stocked and very clean. The owners were very responsive when I spoke to them.

Rated the location a 3 just because there was a lot of street noise on Dean St. It was a lovely condo. We would stay there again for sure.
