Old Town Residence A3 is located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs on Yampa St., one of the best locations in Steamboat with numerous amazing restaurants and bars to walk to. Along with great shopping and Emerald Mountain/Howelsen Hill right across the street. The renowned Yampa River is right across the street for fishing and tubing in the summer!

Howelsen Hill and Emerald Mountain host unreal mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. Emerald Mountain is also home to the Sunday Free Concert series during the summer and Free Ski Sundays during the winter! Not to mention the ski jumping and Winter Carnival.

The Yampa River is right across the street with great fishing and tubing.

Enter Old Town Residence A3, which is just up 5 stairs from the private parking space, with self-check-in. Inside the front door is a large entry area that has the dining room, living room, kitchen, and bar. There are two large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, along with plenty of lighting inside the condo.

The dining room has seats for 6 that allow your whole group to dine together or play one of many games that are inside the condo. The living room has two separate couches that form a sectional and a daybed by the window. The large flat screen TV is located right above the gas fireplace, which makes the perfect setting to watch a movie or your favorite sports game.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home and cook all of your favorite meals. Along with two bar seats for additional seating.

Past the entry area is a hallway that has a closet with a washer and dryer (detergent provided) and then leads to the two bedrooms and the hallway bathroom.

Straight ahead is the Guest Bedroom that has the queen over queen bunkbed, closet, and couch. The queen over queen bunkbed is great for any group of friends, kids, or adults! There is a closet that has a box fan and a humidifier for your connivence.

The Master Bedroom is on the right side of the hallway and has an ensuite bathroom. The Master bathroom features a nice walk-in shower, a single sink, and a closet. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a comfy chair. There are plenty of pillows for you to be comfortable, along with a humidifier and a box fan.

    Only having 1 secure parking space is challenging since there is no overnight parking on public roads downtown. 2 of our guests got tickets on streets that were not even signed. Also the 7 guest rating is a stretch. Know that people will be sleeping on uncomfortable furniture in the living room.

    This is a great place to stay local to the downtown area. Only blocks away from great food, bars and the Yampa River. The private parking is excellent and allows you to still be able to get out to the mountain or wherever else you might want to explore!

    It worked out very well for us We could walk to the shopping and the wedding we were attending Parking in downtown is great as well . Only suggestion is we couldn’t figure out how to make it a little cooler
