Downtown Sandpoint is truly one of the most charming small towns around. Located on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille, the small town is an enclave and great chefs & restaurants, artistic shops and good wine and beers. Everyone loves to walk here and everything you need is within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Walk everywhere or bring a bike or rent one. We also offer kayaks and stand up paddle board rentals to enjoy on Sand Creek and the lake.

    We had a great stay. Location was perfect, just steps away from restaurants and shops. We were awaken to a winter wonderland on our first morning. We would love to come back in summer. The host was very fast in responding to all of my random questions.

    Nice unit with everything you need. Very clean, updated and furnished well. Great central location. Easy to walk to restaurants, farmers market, city beach, etc. Great layout for a small family. Could use a few beach towels.

    We had a great time staying in the Sandcreek lofts. It it is right off the Main Street with great proximity to downtown dining and activities. We stayed here while skiing at Schweitzer and, while being in the mountain would be amazing, it was a quick drive up each morning and then we could come back to town for a great selection of restaurants and breweries.

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! This apartment was beautiful, modern, clean, and located in the heart of Sandpoint! Our kids loved watching the boats and had a blast at City Beach! I greatly appreciated how well the house was stocked with basic hygiene and kitchen cleaning items. We definitely hope to stay again!     Check in and checkout process was seamless. Apartment is really nice and in a great location. Walkable to all of the restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Beautiful sunrise and view of the mountains and water from the balcony. Very comfy beds. Air conditioner is a little noisy and elevator didn’t always work. Overall great stay!

    Perfect location...within walking distance to all of downtown Sandpoint's restaurants, shops, City Beach and marina. Very functional layout, which makes it feel more spacious than the square footage would otherwise indicate. Comfotable eating nook and small balcany offer great views of the marina, so you can watch all the boats come and go from Sand Creek into the lake. The unit was adequately stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish & hand soap, laundry detergent pods, coffee filters, basic condiments, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable and our 7 yo twins loved the generously-sized bunk bed. It's a 3rd floor unit (out of 4), but only requires one flight of stairs due to the building's slope. There's also an elevator, but we rarely used it. I highly recommend this unit for couples and small families.

    My son attend University of Montana. We came out to vacation with him this summer. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Clean, great layout and perfect spot. We were out during the day, but at night stayed in and played cards. Beds were confirms, bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was awesome. Response was very quick when we had questions!!! I would highly recommend this place!
