Downtown Waco retreat! 2 blocks to Magnolia Silos! Huge private balcony!

You can see the hotel 1928 from the beautiful private patio, and magnolia is a few blocks away. Beds were comfortable, host was very responsive , had a great stay!!

Such a fabulous property. Extremely nice and comfortable with every amenity that you could possibly need. The host had great communication with me, walking distance to so many things, including the Magnolia market, Dr Pepper museum, etc. plus lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent parking. We felt very safe. Loved the balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We were looking for a place for a getaway and this place was perfect. Close to walk to things to see and eat. Or just sit on the balcony and do nothing. The place was clean and really cute.

No wonder the reviews are so good here! Such a great place to stay. So clean and perfectly spacious. The large deck was our favorite and were thankful the weather cooperated to make it so pleasant to use. What we didnt know was what a prime location it ended up being. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants, coffee spots nearby and a spa right across the street! We this place.

Our hosts, Robin & Wendy were awesome. The space was very clean and inviting - also decorated beautifully for Christmas. Would definitely book here again if we need a location in Waco again. The balcony was wonderful!

The condo was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony patio, plenty of seating. We could walk to sites and restaurants, great location! All in all, would definitely choose this again!!

This is a great home/location. You are able to walk to lots of great spots from the home. The Silos, Dr Pepper Museum and tons of restaurants. Especially loved the patio, the weather was perfect for hanging out in the mornings and evenings.

Wonderful getaway with a friend at this lovely property! The location could not have been better! Walking distance or short drive to so many restaurants and attractions. Parking was convenient and abundant. The private balcony was such a treat! The unit was very clean and comfortably set up, and communication with host was very quick and friendly. It’s located in a prime urban setting so a little music could be heard at night, but it didn’t disturb our stay at all. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in Waco!

This is a fantastic place to stay. We were walking distance to the Dr. Pepper museum and Magnolia market. There were plenty of food and drink options nearby as well.

Great place. Has a bar/club that plays loud music until 2am so bring a sound machine or ear plugs.

Very nice property. The patio was great especially in the evening. Right on Austin Street with plenty of great places to eat and drink. Our hosts were very good with communication.

Spent my mom’s 70th birthday trip here and the location was perfect. Loved the property and back porch. Was within waking distance of everything.

The inside of the unit was very neat, clean and lovely decorated. Location very central. Walking to Magnolia easy and Hotel 1928 can be seen from unit balcony. Very well appointed.

The property was great. It was very clean and the location was amazing. The kitchen only has salt and pepper so we didn’t cook. We loved the open lanai in the evening. We ran out of soap for bathing after the first night. They provided one teeny tiny hotel bar soap in each bath. We had to buy a 20 soap bar at Magnolia to bathe and shared it between baths! Toilet paper was limited to 2 rolls per bathroom. We used every last bit and good thing we didn’t need more!! You’d think you’d get enough soap to not have to go searching for a store to shop when you’re there to sight see. On the second and third night of our stay, an apartment (below) played jazzy R&B music all night long from 10pm to 5am in the morning. You can hear through the walls. Needless to say, despite the beautiful and comfortable beds, we didn’t sleep much. Someone kept parking in our parking stall, so that was useless. It was a nice place to stay, but I wish it was stocked better with bath soap and toilet paper and the lack of sleep didn’t made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We loved the look and location, but wouldn’t stay again.

This is such a fantastic property. It is so close to many restaurants, bars, shops, and of course the Silos. It is literally not quite 1/2 a block to Berties on the roof Hotel 1928.The property is clean, and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck area. Such a great place.The hosts were prompt with any questions we had.Thanks so much.

The home was perfect. Right when you walk in, it's decorated perfectly. Silo's is really 2 blocks away. Perfect day there. Highly recommend the Garden Tour making pressed flower print to take home. Hotel 1928 is in the backyard across parking lot. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Downtown Waco Retreat. Everything was perfect and as described. Comfy conversation areas both inside and on the outdoor patio/balcony. Nice touches to make our stay easy everywhere. Comfortable beds and excellent pillows. Would definitely stay there again. Location close to everything!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property & it was just as lovely as first time. We love spending our down time out on the spacious deck.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and Magnolia. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Outdoor space very relaxing. We did hear music from the outdoor venue next door but with the sound machine (provided by the owner) we slept soundly. Would definitely come again!

4 of us got together to enjoy what Waco has to offer. Enjoyed the Silos, antiquing, boutiques, and just relaxing on the great patio. Happy hour at the Mexican place across the street hit the spot after spending the day on our feet!

Perfect place for a quick girls’ weekend in Waco! Location is so convenient and walkable to a lot. Excellent communication with the hosts. This is our second time to stay here and we’ll definitely be back.

This property is beautiful and clean. The bedding is luxurios and do very comfortable. The kitchen is big and it would’ve been good for cooking - we weren’t. Ha The tv was hard to figure out and we stayed frustrated, until one of us figured it out. The bed frame was a little tricky as the post stuck out. My brother stubbed his toe because of this.
