San Luis Obispo, California
Fabulous view, Fabulous location, Fabulous out door spaces.
Very comfortable, private condo with awesome front deck view of San Luis Mountain and only steps to downtown. We are talking Chorro and Peach! Steps to The Mission and fabulous shopping and restaurants! Very close to great hiking and biking. Great, spacious back patio with BBQ and seating for six. This two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has two quality queen beds and a full bathroom, new half bath on the main floor.
Thank you for your interest, we hope you stay!

This property had 2 small space heaters in the coldest winter in SLO. It should not have been rented, Altho I knew about it from renting it before, it was so cold this year that I frankly did not enjoy my stay. Get proper heat or take it off the rental market.
We loved our visit. The only downside is the numerous stairs to reach the site which is on a hill. Bring a light weight suitcase. The back patio and front porch were favorite living spaces.
This is a great location - 3 blocks to the mission and downtown and easy access to the beaches and many state park hikes that are available in the SLO area.. We especially enjoyed the back patio and front deck (with its view of Cerro San Luis. The condo has a homey feel and the upstairs feels very spacious.
Well appointed condo so close to downtown, making it a quick walk. Beautiful view of the mountain in front and quaint, quiet patio in back.
Nice cozy please stay in quite neighborhood pleasant neighbors
This apartment is ideal for a quiet location just a short walk from downtown. There’s a nice outdoor space in the back and a front porch with a stellar view of the mountains. The decor is a bit dated. The apartment is far from swanky but has nice clean furniture and all the amenities including dishwasher, washer and dryer. The only negatives for older folks would be that the unit it is a duplex with additional steps going down to the parking lot. Also adding a headboard behind the master bed would have been more comfortable than just having the bed up against the blinds.
We needed to be within walking distance to downtown SLO and this location was perfect, even for our 88-year-young mother who had no problem walking to the shops, restaurants and historic Mission just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the private, cozy back patio and amazing view of Cerro San Luis Mountain from front deck. Property management was excellent and we would stay here again.
There was no heat until a portable heater was brought in, no remotes for TV or DVD, uncomfortable living room furniture - 24 stairs up to condo, and 12 more to reach bathroom and bedrooms - requiring about 200 stairs per day on average. not good for older folks. Front door lock was extremely sticky and request for new lock was denied. Family car was broken into - smashed window in covered lot - and belongings stolen. There is no survelience sign or diligence to protect cars. Hot water was turned down to prevent taking a bath - bad rugs, no clothes hangers, and no curtains or blinds on master bedroom window. View was good, outdoor furniture was nice. overpriced for small space and poor second hand furniture. I would not recommend it.
