Downtown Seattle Urban Retreat

Clean, gorgeous decor and amazing view Host was very attentive and was always available to us when needed.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was spacious and very well equipped. The owner, Alex, was really nice and was always willing to help with any questions we had. The apartment is ideally placed in the centre of Seattle and it was easy to access the main attractions. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants closeby. We have stayed in many apartments over the years but we have never stayed in one that was better.

We stayed here for an event held at the convention center and we loved this location. An easy walk to Pike Place Market and a just as easy walk to the convention center. It worked beautifully for us. The property manager was always on call and great to work with! My only advice is that, if you need two keys, request them at the time of confirmation. We had a really nice time and hope to stay here again.

I was in town to attend a conference at the Convention Center and this place was perfect! It's 3 blocks from the conference center and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. The building is very secure and the host was very communicative. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The only challenge is that there's a good deal of street noise, but the host provides white noise machines and I used ear plugs and was fine. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was in the heart of downtown Seattle. Everything was within walking distance, like the first Starbucks, Pike St Market, and the infamous gum wall! Check in was not what I would have liked. Our flight was delayed which led us to land in Seattle way later than what we would have liked (11p.m). The host does say you have to let him know when you’re 30 minutes out. I sent a text message 20 minutes out and when we arrived I still had no response. I decided to call. That call was not received well where essentially the host belittled me and raised his voice saying that I quote “do not have the right to call me”. Mind you it’s downtown Seattle late at night, so you know the homeless population is out of control. I was definitely taken aback and I will admit, slightly scared. We ended up going across the restaurant across the street while we waited for Alex to let us in the building which is secured. Although the owner did apologize, it made me anxious to contact him. The condo it’s self was fantastic. Great kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Views are of downtown. The building is secure with a concierge downstairs. Uber pickup was around the corner and we never waited longer than 2 minutes for a car. I recommend this listing and hope that you receive better treatment than what I did.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Steps to Pike Place. The best part is that’s it’s across the street from the light rail station. We took the train from the airport to the Westlake Station, and the apartment is across the street from the station! Took about 40 minutes. I would stay there again just for that - no Uber needed. Plus the apartment is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Including AC and laundry. I liked that the building is locked and has a “doorman” in the lobby 24/7. The only thing I would note to fellow travelers are the congregation of homeless people outside the building and in this neighborhood. To be expected in an urban downtown area, they didn’t talk to us, and there was a significant police/security guard presence. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Beautiful condo in a great location to Pikes street market, train and monorail stations! Super comfortable bed and everything you might need! Only downfall was the park down the block with homeless people sleeping, but they did not bother us at all.

This condo is literally steps from the Link. Also easy walking access to pretty much everything in downtown. The condo was gorgeous and clean. Would have loved to stay longer!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The kitchen was modern and completely stocked. Loved the place. Location was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and activities.
