Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

Cute and clean place!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! It matched the scenery outside which was the beautiful lake! It was walking distance to everything we like in Sandpoint and we would love to visit again in the spring!

Love this condo! Equipped with everything we needed. Steps from the lake, easy paddle board or kayak access. Very easy walk to town or city beach. Lots of great restaurants and shops very close by.

Very cozy little condo right on the water. With a nice deck to sit on and drink yoir morning coffee. There's a big tree with great shade to watch the wild life on the river.

Great property and attention to the little things that make a stay great.

The condo was nice and clean. Being a condo, we can hear the upstairs people quite a bit but that’s unavoidable. Location was really close to the Main Street of restaurants and shops. Could not get the tv to work tho.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved the convenient, scenic location and awesome pools! Amy was so prompt, organized and responsive. We’d definitely stay there again.

Condo was gorgeous and cosy, and the host was very friendly! I went for a quiet break from things but sadly didn’t get that. I was surprised at how much I could hear the people above me, on a weeknight they had their tv turned up so loud I could hear everything. Then on a Friday evening at 4:30PM the lawn in the back and around the pool was being mowed for about an hour and I had to close the door and stay inside instead of relaxing on the patio. Overall it was louder than my usual days at home. Besides that my stay was good

Nice patio overlooking the pool and lake. When we pulled the couch into a bed, it made it a bit cramped but overall great property.

Our place was very well kept. Parking was a little bit tight but always had a open spot.

The entire place was spotless, well equipped, very welcoming! The place is lovely and the backyard, well what can you say when it's green and has a lake ;) Amy, our host, was just so warm and welcoming on the phone and very helpful. Both my daughter and I were so pleased with our stay! Reasonably priced, to boot and easy walking to town and beautiful City Beach! Would definitely not only recommend but also stay there again. Great location, walkable to downtown and city beach.

It was a very clean place, presented well, had stuff that was needed, and the book provided gave directions on how to use things in the condo which made things easier. The recommended restaurants the host had listed were great as well. My girlfriend loved the plqce and the view. We will definitely be back here again in the future!

Great cozy spot for a small family. Tucked away in a cove right off the highway, so it was very easy to find. I did notice there was a quite a bit of train noise at night, but if you are in a deep sleep you probably wouldn’t notice it. We came in the winter, so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but would probably be a sweet little spot in the summer. Short walk to the main drag and several restaurants.

Amazing! Super cozy space, feels safe, view of waterway, close to downtown, and relaxing space. The bed was super comfortable. And having so many items in the kitchen was super helpful.

It was perfect for our two night stay. The location is convenient to downtown which was the deal for walking everywhere. You can hear the neighbors tv next door but we were out of the condo most of the time so it did not bother us. We were only there to hear it in the morning. Amy was very accommodating to our last minute booking. We were very appreciative.

The condo was well stocked with supplies like cleaning supplies and linens. Everything was clean. I was worried about traffic noise from the long bridge but it was fine and did not disturb sleep.

It was fine.No bikes as advertised, shower was slippery, TV just ok.

It was an amazing time.it was so incredibly relaxing and beautiful!! Just enjoying the surroundings was incredible!! I cant wait to do it agsin!! There were sooo many supplies available to use!! Wow!! Thank you very much!!

Awesome location in Sandpoint close to all amenities great for walking to the beach. Place was awesome very clean lots of activities to do around the area. Amy was for communication and very responsive. Definitely will use again.

There was a lot of owners things there not leaving much room for our belongings for our 3 week stay. The little deck was great but once again a lot of owners belonging and out door furniture cushions need to be replaced. I send this only for information. We had a great time

The condo was clean, quiet, had a pool close to the freeway. Excellent fishing spot close to town to all the restaurants. I would recommend it

the condo was a perfect getaway with awesome views of the lake. Condo was clean and very adequate if you wanted to stay in and cook. We chose to eat out and found good eats close by and within walking distance. Lake cruise is a must while there. Condo was well stocked with items needed for the stay. Balcony was great. Amy was prompt when we had to contact her regarding entry to condo. We thank Amy for being a perfect host and allowing us to enjoy her condo.We are currently checking for a return visit. Best condo ever!!!!!!!

Nice little condo right on the water. Pool was nice and easy walk into downtown. The access to the bikes was great, but the bike lock was old and the combo lock was stiff and difficult to open.

The property was great and in a great location. The only negative was the train noise. Having said that there really isn’t a place to stay where you would not encounter the train noise. I just used my white noise app on my iPhone and slept very well. The view was great and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed this condo so much. The location is perfect - easy access to jogging trails, great food and coffee downtown, and the pool right out the back sliding door was so relaxing. The condo itself is well stocked and had everything we could possibly need, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed during a hot spell and the AC worked great. The his and hers cruiser bikes were an unexpected perk :) We had a great time!

Great kitchen and living room. Decent shower, comfortable bed. Felt safer with the security gate access. Unit has a few steps to traverse between bathroom/bedroom & rest of unit. Well stocked which was appreciated. Plenty of hangers in closet to dry ski clothes each day, plus nice fan for white noise/air circulation. Easy access to load/unload each day. Waterfowl around saw ducks & geese. Close to stores.

This was a great location in Sandpoint and about a 1/2 hour from Schweitzer Mountain. The condo was very inviting and comfortable with lots of extras (wine, candy, etc.) from the host. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at this condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. Good location - walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and about a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location to downtown was great and short drive to skiing.

Just a few blocks from downtown, with restaurants and shops, but quiet enough to decompress.

The place was excellent very clean and. cozy very comfortable and well maintained and stocked with what’s person needs . Amy was wonderful , I highly recommend this place.

The physical location is both good and bad. The good is its location to the historic downtown area with almost all shopping and dining within 5-10 min away. The bad. Due to its proximity to the 95 causeway (estimate about 1,000 yards away across a water inlet) and railroad, the noise is deafening almost 24/7 causing us to leave early. Will admit that its partially our fault for not seeing this however we could not get the unit number from VRBO or the Host until AFTER the cancellation cut off date) Amy our Host was very pleasant and helpful. Pay attention too, to the size of the unit which for two of us was very small with only two medium sized drawers for our clothes (the rest were filled with bedding) and a closet filled with a bed-topper (we assumed for the sofa bed) and bedding which needed to be removed in-order to accommodate our hanging clothes and stored inconveniently on the bed during the day. Ending on a positive note, the unit was well cleaned and tidy upon our arrival with an ample supply of linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.

We loved our visit and the little condo was amazing and perfect for our stay. I would only suggest a couple things. The television was not working properly and was slow to connect w/the remote. The other issue we noticed was the heater would not come on…..or my husband and I couldn’t figure it out. All in all we had a wonderful time and loved our visit and our stay in this super cute and comfortable condo.

Amy was super easy to get ahold of when needed! Loved all her extra info about Sandpoint. It was a super comfortable place to rest and relax.
