We were unable to stay at this location. Elevators were out and due to health reasons, we could not climb 5-6 flights of stairs

We totally enjoyed our stay, everything was close and the rooms were great a clean for our family of 6. Will definitely stay again. ???

The room was great!!!! Would definitely like to stay here again. Grocery store and drug store in walking distance.

Bear Crossing Condos highly exceeded my expectations. I booked this at the last minute for a trip with my sons to meet my sibling and their families there for a memorial celebration in hour of our parents, and it was beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay. It was very cozy and quiet. It was also close to many restaurants and attractions. I recommend this condo to everyone. We’re already talking about planning a trip to come back in the fall before the weather gets cold, and this is where they want to stay again. I’m only disappointed that we didn’t discover this place sooner!!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Communication was good, condo was very clean and amenities were great. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The balcony view was very nice. Sitting out there and listening to the river was very relaxing. The best part was we didn't have to drive anywhere. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Check in and out was super convenient and communicating with the host was very easy. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.

It was in a great location. Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Easy to make the reservations on line. Kirkland mountain rentals and VRBO were in touch with us via text to give us our code to the door. An all around good experience. We did request a handicap bathroom and the pics on internet showed a walk in shower with handicap bars, but we didn't get that Condo. We were disappointed but it worked out. I'll make sure next time before i make a reservation.

Location to the conference we were attending was amazing! The condo fit all our needs, it was well stocked and nicely furnished. Everything worked perfectly as we entered. It was well cleaned and ready for us when we arrived.

Everything was covient to the property easy in and out. Property was as stated clean, roomy balcony was very large great furniture to sit out good view. My friend that was with us is looking to bring her family down from Maine in spring would look to stay here because was easy to get to everything . I would definitely stay again. Only thing would be nice to leave instructions in book on how to work fireplace as we had been in cold rain all day would have enjoyed it wasn't sure how it worked.

Shopping is perfect for the location! The room was clean except a few things I did mention to the owner! The condo is very nice & spacious & lots of very nice furniture! Perfect location for everything! We love to stay here. It was our 3rd year of staying at these condo!

We usually stay at a hotel when we visit Pigeon Forge, but decided on a condo for this trip. We loved it! It was very clean and comfortable and there was ample space for us to hang out together. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and spacious. Nice and quiet for a relaxing vacation. Tucked off from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but still close enough to main parkway with all the attractions, which was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

It was just for one night and it was perfect.

This property was an amazing place to stay. Its location was most ideal especially for walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Absolutely convenient being across the parking lot from a 24hr Walgreens. Viewing the river from the balcony was an A for watching the birds, cranes and geese. We will definitely book this property again.

This place was perfect for our group. We were up for an event at the LeConte center and the location couldn’t be better. Everything was exactly as pictured and communication with the host was good. Highly recommend.

We came up the day after Xmas to spend some time together as a family. The condo was great! The location just off the parkway allowed us to just be minutes away from all the attractions and entertainment and restaurants. Every bedroom had TVs and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were exactly what we needed so everyone had their own. The assigned parking space was great to make sure we always had a place to park. We would definitely stay again.

The Bear Crossing condo was wonderful. We were attending a show at the Laconte Center and the location was perfect. Easy walk each day. Everything about the stay was easy and perfect! Highly recommend!
