Indoor pool closed. Floor was dirty - our feet was dirty from walking around inside. Kitchen skillet, utensils are worn out scratched. Toaster didn’t pop up. Trash in bushes outside. Dumpster area had trash all over the ground.

When we checked in, it was very clear this room had not been cleaned in quite a while. Soooo much dust everywhere, floors were nasty, used toothpick found on bathroom counter. The tub in the quest bath is cracked in the bottom, and the tub faucet drips. We couldn’t see out the sliding glass doors for all the sticky handprints! And, sooo much animal hair everywhere. We called Aunt Bugs, and they sent someone out, right away. She cleaned for over an hour, just to get it acceptable. When we went to bed that night, we found the bedspread to have a huge brown smear, that looked like poop on the underside! Gross….also, the top sheet was torn and the bottom sheet doesn’t stay on the bed! Just felt gross the whole time we were there. Definitely will not be staying in this unit again. Needs a really good deep clean, curtains washed, and bedding updated for sure. Needs a new sofa as this one is totally worn out.

From beginning to end, this short stay was not pleasant and was full of frustration and disappointment. I received an email at 10 am saying the room was ready for check in. I arrived at 6pm. The room was not cleaned when we arrived a full 8 hours later, with the master bed not made, dust on all the furniture, dishes in the dishwasher, and the guest toilet never worked. No extra pillows or blankets for the pull-out sofa bed. I called the office and they got someone to come out to correct the issue, but they didn't arrive until 8 pm, right in the middle of our dinner. The toilet was never fixed even after 2 different people came to repair it. I would like a refund of at least 1 night for these major inconveniences. I will never stay here again.

The only downside was places in town had to close because of snow. We stayed in the room and had the BEST TIME. Many rounds of Uno was played and so many memories were made. This will now be our go to place in the mountains

When we first checked in the place it appeared clean and nice. We brought our 2 small dogs and the condo is on the first floor which made it easy to take them outside. The only issue we had was at 1am when we went to go to bed we discovered the master bedroom sheets had blood all over them and had not been changed from the previous guests. I notified the manager and they said they would take care of it as soon as possible. Turns out asap is 10 hrs later. Lucky for us I found some queen sheets in a drawer but they did not fit the king bed so we ended up using just the flat sheet. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they refused. All in all that was the worse thing that happened. Parking is also a bit of an issue at this location. We had to park down a hill and walk up one evening since there was no parking by our unit. Another night we had to double park in a space. I would probably stay here again.

Keyless entry would not work, TV in Master suit would freeze (Unable to watch due to internet) Floor throughout the condo was dirty. (If you walked barefooted, it looked as if you had been walking on asphalt. Feet would be black) The view that is advertised is a little misleading. The view from our balcony was the roofs of the neighboring cabins. Parking was not adequate for the amount of units available. Had to park in another lot below the unit. If a person had a disability or difficulty walking this would be a issue, since it was all downhill. For the amount that was charged for the rental one should not of had these issues. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property !

Convenient location to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Comfortable condo for 3 adult women. Would have preferred to have Smart TVs, and the master bedroom TV wasn't working. We reported it, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. We bought a ROKU to solve these problems. Would rent from Aunt Bug's Rentals again, and would rent this particular condo again, if we knew the TVs had been updated. The sunset from the balcony is beautiful.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s Jewel. The ease of booking and communication was refreshing. We will definitely be back!!
