Overall, this was a great rental. Brand new, contemporary apartment in a great location, only a couple of blocks from the heart of the action in downtown Ashville. My only small issue was that it was thin on a few areas. There was one wine. There were six 1 pint beer glasses and that was it for glass ware. There were three regular spoons. Overall a great rental.

The cleanliness and familiarity of this space were the standouts. The bathroom was great for couples. It snowed out this weekend and it was fun seeing the neighborhood kids playing outside from our balcony.

The building and the condo are beautiful. There is plenty of space for two adults. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks and a large walk in shower. The balcony overlooks Triangle Park. The location is perfect for walking to stores and restaurants uptown. The private parking lot is convenient and included in the rental fee. Building security works well with the phone app described in the rental instructions. We would definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Asheville.
