Downtown Getaway

Within walking distance to downtown. The condo is clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable.

Wasn’t aware that there was no oven. That’s a definite minus.

Spacious place right in town. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The owners were great! Enough room for 8 to stay a weekend or long week. Would definitely come back!

We stayed in Caseville for 4 nights with some out of town family (4 adults, 5 kids). We not only loved the location but also found the apartment to be the perfect home-away-from-home. The apartment was very clean. It was decorated with attention to detail and had everything we needed to make us feel welcome and at home. Jamie, the property manager, provided us with ample and accurate information prior to our stay. She was also available to answer questions that came up while being in Caseville. We found her to be very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for welcoming us in your vrbo rental and helping us make wonderful memories.

We had great stay, perfect size and location but couldn’t take advantage of the nice deck outside morning noon or night because of all the bees during the day and huge spiders and bugs at night. There was lots of huge spider webs,The whole outside needs to be cleaned and power washed. We will be back and would recommend to our friends . Thank you

Very nice condo with all you need! A short walk or drive to beach !

Stayed here with a group of family and friends for the first weekend of Cheeseburger. This condo sits in a great location- within walking distance to shops/food/beach- you name it! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Outdoor seating and grill was perfect! Ample amount of towels and they even provided beach towels if we needed them. The only thing that we missed were kitchen towels but we made it work with some extra paper towels. We can’t wait to hopefully stay here again next year!

The house served as night time house as we had another beach house we stayed all day at. The bedrooms were just enough, large kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Definitely a 5.

This was my second stay at this property. Again, the hosts are spot on and make sure you have what you need to make your stay a great experience. They respond to any text and do what they can to assist. The condo is very spacious and super clean. I will definitely be back here again! Hoping to make a long summer weekend. Condo located across the street from a family grocery where you can get all your necessities. Highly recommend this condo for a getaway! Thanks again and see you soon!

We did have a great time. The place is beautiful and has everything you need in it, including beach towels which are rare! Next door to an ice cream shop and only a block or two away from restaurants and shops. The only shortcoming was we were not told it is over an ANYTIME gym which patron access with a scanned key card. Every morning we woke up to the noise of weights being dropped, music being played, and loud voices talking. On our last night (Saturday night) a group of men left the local bar and headed to the gym. They were screaming, banging around, cursing, and arguing inside the gym right below where our child was asleep. We actually had to call the police because we were not sure what was happening in there at 2:20 AM and were a bit frightened.
