DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG CONDO★ GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS★ANAKEESTA★POOL

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The only other thing that I would like to mention is that the people really need to be careful with their trash as we saw 2 bears during our stay.

This was our first condo rental so there were a lot of unknowns as to what to expect. The unit itself was very clean, cozy and homey feeling and the price was very good. We had no problem getting in to our unit. Not the fault of the host is that the property itself did not seem well maintained or cleaned as far as the stairs, stairwells but it was not bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. The host was great with communication about our stay and even gave us tips about restaurants or places to visit. I will note that if you are not in shape and plan on walking the strip do plan on utilizing the trolley or pay to park on the strip because after walking all day and carrying stuff we bought, the walk back was tiring. It is about a 1/2 mile from the Trolley stop at Parkway.

Nice room, we had to wash our towels twice in order to shower daily, there was a pill found by my grandson age 5 on the living room floor our first day. I wasnt told about the parking issue until after I reserved the room and paid. Parking lot was pretty steep on a hill. It was very slippery when wet. Tiny parking spaces, most vehicles were over the lines to fit. Very crowded lot. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

First time staying in Gatlinburg. The condo was a short walk away from being in the middle of the entertainment strip in gatlinburg. The room was just as i anticipated from the photos and was clean. My family was very happy with their stay here.

Great location we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean and well put together. Made us feel like we were at a home away from home.

Great location off the strip and very walkable to everything in Gatlinburg. Nice Mountain Views from the porch and the condo was clean with plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids less than 13! Would stay again.

Perfect accommodations for a quick getaway! An easy walk to the parkway, but far enough away to have peace and privacy. The space was very well maintained and spacious enough for our party of 5. Would definitely recommend and may book again in the future!

The room was clean and well stocked. We were accidentally given the wrong code for entry into the room, but the host contacted us within five minutes of our 4 o’clock arrival time to provide the correct code.

We loved our condo, it was as advertised, clean and ample space for our trip. Would book again.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. Great shower pressure.The issues we had was a horrible smell from both bedrooms. Even with air purifiers in both rooms the mildew smell was EXTREMELY strong. The smaller bathroom sink backed up and took forever to drain. Definitely needs a deep clean. Found used qtips in bathroom, and under dresser in bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here. About a 7-8 minute walk to everything on the strip. There is a trolley that comes very close to the unit but we never felt the need to use it. We had everything we needed as well.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The accommodations were cozy and quiet. We were in walking distance, or a short drive to all the main spots. Check in was very easy and the owner sent great directions. Plus, check out was the best I've ever experienced. They didnt require a laundry list of chores like most other places. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was walking distance to the downtown area. Kinda outdated on the outside and inside. We had a great time.

The building in general is a little dated and run down but the unit overall was clean.

We turned a trip to TN for a wedding into a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! We just stayed one night but wish we could stay longer!! It was great!

Short stay but relaxing place

We enjoyed seeing the black bears that live nearby. Every morning! Our condo was quiet and had everything that was advertised. We were hiking in the Smokies most of the time, but close to restaurants in the evenings. Absolutely nothing to complain about!
