Downtown Flagstaff Peak A View Condo

The condo was very clean and well-stocked. We appreciated the supply of coffee. Many towels in the bathrooms. We were surprised to find a half bath! The beds were very comfortable. A couple of minor negatives for us were the skylights in primary bedroom and loft which at this time of year, the sun comes up before 6am! The body soap supplied is a gentle wash which, given the dry climate, makes sense. If you like lather, then bring your own body soap.

Clean! Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Host was available for questions. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location a 7 to 10 minute walk from downtown. A 30 minute drive to snowbowl if you ski.

Loved the location, layout and amenities. Close to north town and also the road out to snowbowl. Plenty of soap, shampoo, towels and kitchen utensils. Clean and cute, nice decor and art. Loved having a garage, it made heading out to the mountain in the morning so much easier.Would definitely stay again.

Awesome house definitely will stay again

We were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner in this very well equipped kitchen (we only brought our own aluminum roasting pan)! The property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). There was plenty of space for us to be together, but also room for the kids to retreat when they wanted alone time. The entire home was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. The location is super convenient to downtown Flagstaff, which offers great shopping and food options. We'll be back!

Check-in was smooth, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Beds were comfortable, but the location is definitely the best attribute.

Ideal location for getting around the action and great restaurants. The 4th of July in Flagstaff is a unique experience. The property was very well stocked, many amenities.

We loved this place. Checking in and out was a breeze and the location was perfect - close enough to walk downtown but tucked away on a side street so it was nice and quiet, we never once felt unsafe even being out at night. The house was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable and the main bathroom was quite spacious. We liked having use of the garage to park our car and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We visited Sedona, Williams, Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon all within a two hour drive. There is also lots to see and do in Flagstaff - hiking trails, shopping, breweries, observatory. We would not hesitate to book again if we take a future trip to Arizona.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Close to old downtown, clean and comfy.

This peek-a-view condo is close to many National Parks. We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut National Monument and other tourist sites like Winslow, Horseshoe Bend and walking tour of Flagstaff. Most of these were within a 2-2 1/2 hours. Then we returned back to the condo for a relaxing evening. We also took an overnight trip to Zion. The host was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Responded to any need / questions super quick.Highly recommend this condo.

The property was very clean and we did not lack anything we expected. It also provided little extras, like great coffee, that was much appreciated. All the appliances were in good working order and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was very walkable to downtown, which was what we wanted. The only downside I can come up with is that the sun started shining in the skylight over the master bed at 5am whether I wanted it to or not! But I was on Eastern time, so that was ok :).

We loved staying in Constance’s condo! The large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and fun loft made it a great experience for our big family of all ages. We will definitely be returning!

All good, great location, clean comfortable place but cold when we got there and took awhile to warm up. Nice skylight in master bedroom but unable to cover -so early morning light in bedroom

We loved everything about this place, and appreciated the cozy touches throughout. We were able to make most of our meals in the spacious kitchen, and we were so close to the downtown area that we could take a quick walk to go out to eat or drink at the last minute if need be. We would definitely book again.

We had everything we needed and all slept well in comfortable beds. There were a lot of thoughtful touches and we enjoyed the artwork throughout the property. The property was very clean and the quiet location was fanstastic for walking downtown. The host was responsive and we are appreciative of the great stay. Thank you.

Nice home in a nice area. Parking was easy and it was very easy to get to NAU and downtown. The gas stove/fireplace was very cozy while we watched movies. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies. I would stay again if I go back to Flagstaff.

This is a lovely townhouse in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff. There were plenty of supplies for the four of us. The all of the beds were comfortable. This is one of the most well stocked kitchens we have seen in a VRBO rental. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent 10-night stay at this lovely townhouse. The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen, one of the best we have seen amongst the many rentals we have stayed in. We cooked a complete, multi-dish Thanksgiving dinner! The location is also great and we easily walked to stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Constance is a very helpful and responsive host, and we highly recommend this home!! We would definitely stay again when we return to Flagstaff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for what we wanted to do. The condo turned out to be larger than what we were expecting. Extremely clean and organized. We appreciated the labels that the host had made that cleared up some questions that we had. We highly recommend this property .

We enjoyed our stay, easy walk to downtown area! Host was very clear and easy directions for everything, also great communication. Generous and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Take note that there are many stairs (5 levels), we were unable to use upper level, but adjusted. Use of garage (with opener) and short driveway for parking was a big plus. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Comfy bed too as a plus! Only thing to highlight is that there are a lot of stairs so anyone who might struggle with navigating stairs would be challenged. Cognizant of that as sometimes we travel with elderly parents.

Very much so. The rental was impeccably clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The host was readily available via phone to answer the couple of question we had and was very responsive. The location was also great. While it was just the two of us, the place is well appointed for a family with little kids or teens. The garage was a bonus and there is even a ping pong table. Park in the driveway and walk around the building to the front to access the front door. Enjoy morning coffee on either deck - one is in the shade and the other is the sun. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. Amenities worked as they should and the location made it easy for us to access town and NAU. A drawback for me was the big skylight above the master bed which woke me up early each morning, so I was quite tired. The master bathroom worked fine for me at 5'4 but, had my husband been with me, he would have had trouble fitting in the shower both in width and length. The second bathroom is nice and big and could be used instead if you don't mind sharing with others in the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, I especially appreciated the kettle as I only drink tea and it is so often lacking in places I have stayed.

This is a wonderful rental. Exactly as pictured. Clean and smartly decorated and well stocked. Perfect space for our family of 6. Kids really enjoyed having their own space in the loft. Kitchen was well equipped if cooking is in your plans. Beds were super comfy. Nice linens and lots of towels available. It was nice to be able to park in the garage and there was plenty of driveway space for our son-in-law's vehicle. Great location! We were in town for grandson's soccer tournament and had no trouble navigating to soccer fields. Being able to walk downtown for dinner each night was a real plus. It's an easy 4 block walk. Constance provided great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful vacation in Arizona, and a big part of that was our stay at the Downtown Flagstaff Peak A View condo. Not only was it a good starting point for trips to the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon but it was also a respite from our very long drive from Ohio. I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee atop the back porch as well as viewing the stars (and meteors) at night. The condo was equipped with everything we needed as well as beautifully decorated. After a tiring day, our family relaxed in the living room downstairs and watched movies and Olympic highlights. We were located close enough to downtown to walk or drive and enjoy the nightlife there. If we make it back this way again, we will request this place for our stay. Thanks again.

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Flagstaff. We appreciated that the unit had a garage, so we didn't have to deal with looking for parking spaces. The unit was clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies and linens. Everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely wonderful tri-level. Both coffee maker and Keurig. Also provided coffee which was greatly appreciated. Parking in garage very convenient. One of my favorites in Flagstaff
