    We had a wonderful stay. Location was easily walkable to downtown and the accommodations were spot on. Catherine was a great host and provided great communication. We had everything we needed - well appointed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends without hesitation.

    From the beginning of our booking, the host was communicative and helpful. The check-in instructions were simple and spot-on. The location itself is so convenient to everything downtown without being right in the middle of any hustle and bustle. If you haven't been to AVL be aware there are hills to navigate if you want to walk anywhere, pretty much regardless of where you stay. We are older but didn't have any real trouble with that.The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful. There's a comfortable living/sitting room attached to a well stocked kitchen, where the host has graciously thought ahead of everything you might want, from coffee fixings to light snacks. The bed was super-comfortable and we slept like two logs every night. The rental is part of a larger condominium building, so occasionally you might hear a neighbor going down the hall while sitting in the living room, but the location was incredibly quiet -- you can't hear anything at all from the bedroom, and there are blackout curtains to ensure a restful slumber. One of the best things about this location was reserved parking off-street. We were literally right next to the entrance which made check-in and check-out seamless. Finally, when I asked the night before check-out about anything to prepare, the host said no need -- again, taking care of everything. There was nothing for us to do during this stay but enjoy this perfect cozy hideaway. When we return to AVL, we'll definitely try to stay here again!
