Truly wonderful place to stay. Everything was great—views, living spaces, comfortable beds, conveniently located over the bike shop where the staff were awesome. We could walk or bike to just about everything. Love it! we will certainly stay here again when we return to Durango.

We stayed here while in town for a memorial service for my son’s father, so it was an emotional trip—and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I actually used to live in this town back in my college days, so coming back was meaningful in a lot of ways.The condo was absolutely perfect. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even nicer in person. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into making it a welcoming space.The location is unbeatable—close to everything, and it brought back a lot of memories for me. It was exactly the kind of peaceful and comfortable space we needed during a tough time.Huge thanks to the hosts for sharing such a great spot. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is by far the best and easy walking to every restaurant and shop.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown attractions. Ample parking and easy access to condo. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Great size for 6 adults. Wonderful primary bedroom. The outside patio was extremely large and has a wonderful view! We will definitely consider this condo for our next trip to Durango.

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my 75th birthday and it was perfect! Check in info was timely and detailed making the process seamless. The property itself was upscale and spotless, beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Being on the third floor, the west and south facing views are amazing. The sunsets were gorgeous off the large deck with comfortable furniture to rest on after an active day. I highly recommend this beautiful property. We will certainly be back!

We couldn't have asked for anything more. This condo is a very spacious, modern property where the owners spared no expense when building. The last thing I want to do on vacation is cook but, if that's what you want to do, the kitchen was more well-stocked than any condo we have stayed in before. Comfortable furnishings, a large private balcony with awesome views, and a very short walk to the train station and all the restaurants and shops on Main Street made this the perfect location for our Durango vacation. We highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

One of our favorite VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Owners were quick to respond, the location is perfect, parking is easy, and the view and condo are amazing. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we're in Durango.

This was the perfect rental for our family. 3 bdrms and 2 bathrooms accommodated my family of 4 plus my brother and sister in law. Great hosts with great communication. Perfect location.
