Downtown condo with WiFi, partial AC, balcony

Location was awesome. Condo was clean.

Very easy to check in. Gui was great. Easy to get to local attractions. I would stay here again.

Reserved parking space was nice. Beds were comfortable. The place was smaller and not as nice inside as the pictures made it seem. The cups and silverware we went to use were dirty. Overall, the place was just ok.

Good location, having free parking was a bonus. Check-in can be improved as an international traveller with no access to my international phone number there was no email received from the Greeter regarding check-in and it took a couple of phone calls to sort this.

This is a good location, easy to walk to the market and harbor areas. It’s an easy walk from the train station for airport transport as well. It’s a great value compared to local hotel rates. The Vacassa claim of easy check in with door codes and lockboxes is not in play here with timing a face to face meeting with a local rep required. Th

The condo was nice. The only downside was that we only had 2 towels and there were four of us staying here. We weren't able to get in contact with anyone to ask for more towels either (they do have a 1-800 number you can call, but we didn't think that would have been helpful in our situation since we would have had to have someone physically bring them to us -- a online customer service rep can only do so much).

This apartment was an easy walk to/from main sightseeing locations. If you're going to the Convention Center, this is a great location. Wifi was easy to connect to and worked well. Basic amenities provided in this simple, no frills apartment.

My husband and I loved staying here because it was close to everything and we were able to walk to everything. The parking spot available was so helpful!

This apartment is located in a convenient location. We parked there easily and didn't need the car for the rest of our stay, walking easily to Smith Observatory Tower, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle. The place was comfortable and sufficient. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and watched movies via Netflix. The highway noise acted like white noise at night and I quite liked that!

Minor touchups in the apartment needed but the overall stay was good. Location, location, location.

Great location with walking distance from many attractions. Older unit that could use a few updates. Cracked and loose tile in bathroom presented a potential hazard. Tub/shower very slippery and bathroom could use a mat. Kitchen well stocked but unit only supplied with ONE garbage bag. Also no balcony as in the ad, but rooftop access is offered.

Great spot in between Capitol Hill and downtown!

This property was in a good location and spacious for 3 adults. Unfortunately we encountered several issues. The main being the checkin process. No one was there to communicate with us and all the numbers called did not respond. We appreciate that it was the 4th of July but some pre communication would have been helpful. After finally getting access to the unit there was no toilet paper, damp towels, and no instructions for the TV and much needed air conditioner. It would have been beneficial to have a basic information manual and information on the area. We do need to acknowledge Simon who came to try and rectify our issues. Overall hard to say if we would stay at this location again.
