Downtown Condo Only 3 Blocks to the Beach & Boardwalk with a Pool!

Overall the property was really nice I was able to bring my small dog and take him out to the near by parks. I only have 3 comments of improvement: the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in and I did not get a good nights sleep. The second thing is the details to this booking, it does say we have access to the pool across the street but we learned the pool only opens after Memorial Day so I wish I would have known that ahead of time since I booked this place before memorial . The other thing thing ad says is that there is a coin laundry across the street but there is not, there is one on the other side of the block which we tried going but it had a sign that said only parrot bay owners and managers can access this so it was a let down. But other then that we did enjoy our stay and had a good time as most things were within walking distances.

This is our second time staying here. You can’t beat the location, being so close to shops, the boardwalk, and the beach. My only complaint is the air conditioning struggled to cool the condo while we were there. It usually felt cooler outside than inside when we returned to the condo in the evenings.

The condo was very clean when we checked in! We loved how close the condo was to the beach and boardwalk. The only complaint I would have is the parking lot is kind of small. If you have a lot of trucks and SUVs parked in there, you must be extra careful. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay there again!

It was clean and we had an amazing time.

The location was great, we were walking distance to a lot of fun activities. We only used our car once to go to mini golf. The property could use an update, one bed in the bedroom was broken. The pots and pans were very cheap, cleaning them were a pain. The couches could use a deep clean. The pool was great because it was right across the street, but it is shared with other hotels so it gets very packed. There was no extra toilet paper, only one roll. We were very appreciative to be able to check in early, but the management company was kinda rude, I called because no one was there, they told me she would be in at 10. We waited until 10:30, and she still wasn't there, so I called the other number who was of the woman arriving and she told me should would be right there to give us our parking pass. She seemed very bothered to help us.

House was super nice.

Very nice place, close to a lot of nice restaurants and stores as well as the beach. Had everything we needed for cooking as well as linens and towels.

We were here for the music festival on the boardwalk and at first I thought I might have made a mistake and it was going to be too far away but that was not the case. We were an easy walk compared to all the people who had to walk miles to the high rises up the road. We didn't have to worry about getting a bus or uber like others struggled with. Easy walk to that boardwalk area and getting back and forth when needed. The property was close to a convenience store as well for our last minute needs. It's an older property but was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal for what we were here for!!

My best friend and I did a weekend here! It is such a cute place and WE WILL be coming back in the summer time!!

Everything was great and as advertised. So close to the boardwalk which made traveling back and forth to the attractions easy.

The location worked perfectly for our family. It seemed to be in the middle of everything. Appeared clean and well stocked!

This was our 1st time booking with John & Aimee and it did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 4 little getaway. The property was well maintained, clean, and it’s location was fantastic! Minutes walk away from the Bay, Beach, and Boardwalk. There was a wonderful playground a block away that the kids loved. The pricing was fair and booking was a breeze. John and Aimee were super responsive with any questions we may have had. Definitely will be looking to book with them in the future.

Very nice condo. Bay side with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend. Lots of close options for food as well.

Lovely place to stay, very clean

The condo/property was very clean. The checkin went smoothly. No major problems. The location was great and were able to enjoy both the Bay and Ocean sides. We had a lovely vacation.

My friends and I had a great weekend. The place was cute and clean when we arrived. The pool in the pictures actually belongs to the complex across the street.

Our hosts were super helpful with check in and with answering quick questions during our stay. Everything we needed was in the unit and made for a great weekend getaway!
